C. Schuengel, prof.dr. W.C.M. Weijmar Schultz, prof.dr. T.A.H. Doreleijers, prof.dr. H.A. Delemarre-van der Waal, prof.dr. I. Vanwesenbeeck, prof.dr. S.E. Wieringa, dr. K.J. Medeauteurs (in volgorde van opkomst), Baudewijntje Kreukels, Annelou de Vries, Peggy Cohen-Kettenis, Matrina Jürgensen, Ute Thyen, Jan van der Ende, Frank Verhulst, Roeline Biemond, Fijgje de Boer, Jenifer McGuire, Joanneke Beekman, and Ken Zucker, bedankt, vielen dank, thank you, for all your fast and constructive feedback. It has been a pleasure and privilege working with you all and I look forward to future collaborations! My special thanks go out to dr. Zucker & dr. De Vries Dear Ken, in my view you are the grandfather in the field of childhood gender dysphoria in every good sense of the word. Thank you for broadening my world with the 2(Sex) x 2(Clinic) x 2(Age group) AN(C)OVA. With positive feelings I look back to all your visits to Amsterdam! Now it is time to meet in Toronto, see you soon.

Mijn dank is groot!

Ernst & Gretchen and Sam, a bright little star in heaven changed the world, changed perspectives and made me realize and understand our vulnerability and the value of life. Thank you for all your warmth and interest over the years. ‘Schoonfamilie’, beste Nanske & Ron, Jochem & Hetty, Chris, Ernst & Gretchen, Lenneart & Els, Nicole & Tom. Ik ben blij man!
