Lahir di Madiun tahun 1943, Sam Soeharto adalah dokter lulusan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Airlangga Surabaya tahun 1971 dan menyelesaikan pendidikan Spesialis Mikrobiologi Klinik tahun 1984. Pernah menjadi Anggota MPR RI Fraksi Utusan Daerah selama 2 periode (1977-1992) dan tim penasihat khusus presiden (1998-1999). Selain masih tercatat sebagai Guru Besar bidang Mikrobiologi Kedokteran di Universitas Airlangga, juga aktif menjadi pengajar di Lembaga Administrasi Negara (sejak 1999) dan sebagai Konsultan Mikrobiologi Klinik pada Instalasi Mikrobiologi klinik RS Dr. Soetomo Surabaya (sejak 1989). Diangkat sebagai Penasehat Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur (Bappeda Jatim) sejak tahun 2002, beliau juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Umum Perhimpunan Ahli Mikrobiologi Klinik Indonesia (PAMKI) sejak tahun 2006. Bergabung di Bio Farma sebagai Komisaris pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2007 dan selanjutnya ditunjuk sebagai Komisaris Utama sejak 27 Juni 2011.

Born in Madiun in 1943, Sam Soeharto is a Medical Doctor graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Airlangga University, Surabaya in 1971 and completed his post graduate program as Specialist of Clinical Microbiology in 1984. He was a member of MPR RI (People’s Consultative Assembly) from Regional Representative Fraction for 2 periods (19771992) and member of presidential special advisory team (1998-1999). Besides being Professor of Medical Microbiology at Airlangga University, he is also lecturer at the National Institute of Public Administration (since 1999) and as Clinical Microbiology Consultant at the Clinical Microbiology Installation, Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya (since 1989). Appointed as Advisor for Regional Development Planning Board of East Java since 2002, he also served as Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Clinical Microbiology Expert (PAMKI) from 2006. Dr. Soeharto joined Bio Farma as Commissioner on October 8, 2007, he was subsequently appointed as President Commissioner on June 27, 2011.

Lahir di Brastagi, 7 Agustus 1949, Herman L. Djuni adalah purnawirawan TNI Angkatan Darat lulusan Akademi Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Indonesia (Akabri) tahun 1972. Menjalani berbagai pendidikan kemiliteran lanjutan diantaranya Kursus Dasar Kecabangan (Sussarcab) Infanteri (1973), Kursus Lanjutan Perwira (Suslapa) Infanteri (1983), Sekolah Staf dan Komando TNI-AD (1991) dan Sekolah Staf dan Komando ABRI (1994). Memperoleh gelar Sarjana Teknik Industri dari Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, Bandung (2000). Berbagai penugasan di militer telah dilaluinya diantaranya sebagai Komandan Kompi di Batalyon Infanteri Mekanis 203/Arya Kemuning (1972), Tangerang, Ajudan Menteri Penerangan RI, Komandan Batalyon Infanteri 642/Kapuas di Sintang, Kalimantan Barat (1987-1989), dosen Seskoad (1991), Widya Iswara Lemhanas (2002) dan anggota DPR RI dari Fraksi TNI/ POLRI (2003). Diangkat sebagai Komisaris Bio Farma sejak tanggal 27 Juni 2011.

Born in Brastagi on 7 August 1949, Herman L. Djuni was an army officer graduating from the Indonesian Armed Forces Academy in 1972. Then he underwent various military education programs such as Infantry Branch Basic Course (1973), Infantry Officer Advanced Course (1983), Army Staff and Command College (1991) and Armed Forces Staff and Command College (1994). He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, General Achmad Yani University, Bandung (2000). He had served in various military assignments such as the Company Commander of Mechanised Infantry Battalion 203/Arya Kemuning (1972), Tangerang, Adjutant of Minister of Information, Commander of Infantry Battalion 642/Kapuas Sintang, West Kalimantan (1987-1989), lecturer at Seskoad (1991), Widya Iswara at National Resilience Institute (2002) and member of the House of Representatives from Army/Police fraction (2003). He has been serving as Commissioner of Bio Farma since June 27, 2011.

Kemudian menyelesaikan program Master of Business Administration di Washington University - Saint Louis, Amerika Serikat (1986). Meniti karir di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan RI dan pernah menjadi Kepala Kantor Wilayah XXVII Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran di Manado (2002), Direktur Pelaksanaan Anggaran (2004), Direktur Sistem Perbendaharaan (2008) dan Direktur Transformasi Perbendaharaan, Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan RI (2009). Ditunjuk sebagai Komisaris Bio Farma pada tanggal 5 November 2012.

Lahir di Bandung, 14 Juli 1972, Ihsan Setiadi Latief menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana di Fakultas Ushuluddin Jurusan Aqidah Filsafat IAIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung pada tahun 1996. Kemudian mengambil Magister Program Studi Ilmu Sosial Bidang Kajian Utama Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Padjadjaran tahun 2004. Sejak menjadi mahasiswa hingga saat ini aktif berorganisasi diantaranya di ICMI (Ikatan Cendekiawan Muslim Indonesia), Perhimpunan Masyarakat Madani, Komunitas Konsultasi Komunikasi (Konklusi) dan Persatuan Islam. Berkarir di lingkungan perguruan tinggi diantaranya menjadi pengajar di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Persatuan Islam (STAI Persis), Ketua III Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Persatuan Islam (STKIP Persis) dari tahun 1998 hingga 2002 dan kemudian menjabat sebagai Ketua STKIP Persis sampai sekarang. Selain itu juga menjadi dosen luar biasa Komunikasi dan Konseling di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Jenderal Achmad Yani (Stikes Unjani) Bandung, dosen luar biasa Komunikasi dan Negoisasi di Universitas AlAzhar Indonesia Jakarta dan Universitas Bung Karno. Then he took Master of Social Science Program in Communication Science at Padjadjaran University in 2004. He has been active in organizations since he was a student such as in ICMI (Association of Indonesian Moslem Intellectuals), Association of Civil Society, Community of Communication Consultation and Persatuan Islam. He is also actively involved in academic affairs as a lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Persatuan Islam (STAI Persis), Chairman III Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Persatuan Islam (STKIP Persis) from 1998 to 2002 and then serving as Chairman of STKIP until now. He is also an adjunct lecturer of Communication and Counselling in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Jenderal Achmad Yani (Stikes Unjani) Bandung, adjunct lecturer of Communication and Negotiation at Al-Azhar Indonesia University, Jakarta and Bung Karno University. Founder of Cita Insani Mandiri Foundation, which is engaged in Islamic da’wah and social works, he was appointed as Commissioner of Bio Farma on May 1, 2013.

Meraih gelar Magister Hukum pada Program Pasca Sarjana Studi Hukum Internasional dan Doktor dari Program Studi Doktor Ilmu Hukum Internasional Unpad pada tahun 1999. He has been working at Bio Farma for more than 30 years and was positioned in various managerial posts such as Infusion Production Department Head (1988), Other Production Department Head (1994), Logistics Division Head (2002), Research and Development Division Head (2005), as well as Planning and Development Director (2007). Active in various global forums in the vaccine industry, currently he is one of the Board of Trustees member of International Vaccine Institute (IVI) Korea, Chairman of Self Reliance Vaccine Production Program - Islamic Development Bank (SRVP - IDB) and Member of National Vaccine Research Council. Selama berkarir di Bio Farma, pernah menempati berbagai posisi diantaranya sebagai Kepala Bagian Pengemasan (19941997), Kepala Divisi Quality Assurance (2002-2005) dan Direktur Produksi (20072012). Aktif sebagai anggota Ikatan Sarjana Farmasi Indonesia (ISFI). Merupakan salah satu key person Bio Farma untuk berperan aktif di berbagai kegiatan World Health Organization (WHO). Born in Cianjur on August 8, 1953, Andjang Kusumah obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics, Pandjajaran University (1979) and earned a Master of Management Degree from Financial Management Post Graduate Program in Jakarta (2002). He had a long-developed career in Ministry of SOE and served various important posts such as Deputy Assistant of Strategic Industries and Manufacturing (2010-2012) and Deputy Assistant of Telecommunication Business (2007-2010) and had been entrusted to be Commissioner in several state-owned companies such as PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (2001-2007), PT Dahana (2007-2011), PT Djakarta Lloyd (2007-2011) and PT Sucofindo (20102012). He was appointed as HR Director of Bio Farma on March 7, 2012.

Lahir di Surabaya, 20 Desember 1959, Sugeng Raharso menyelesaikan Program Sarjana Kedokteran Hewan pada tahun 1983 dan Pendidikan Profesi Dokter Hewan tahun 1984 dari Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Institut Pertanian Bogor. Starting his career in Bio Farma since graduating from college and once serving as Animal Care Manager Department Head (1985-1989) and Staff of Board of Directors (2002-2007), he is registered as a Certified Professional Internal Auditor (CPIA) of the Centre for Development of Accountancy and Finance - The Association of Internal Auditors, he was then appointed as Head of Internal Audit (2007-2010) before serving as Laboratory Animals Division Head (2010-2012). He has served as Planning and Development Director of Bio Farma since 12 April 2013.

Meniti karir di Bio Farma hingga menempati berbagai posisi penting seperti Kepala Bagian Penunjang Vaksin Polio dan Campak (1994-1997), Kepala Bagian Produksi Vaksin Campak (1998-2001), Kepala Divisi Teknik dan Pemeliharaan Produksi (2002-2003), Kepala Divisi Pemasaran Ekspor (2003-2009) dan Kepala Divisi Logistik (2012-2013). Aktif sebagai trainer pada program Global Training Network (GTN)/Third Country Training Program (TCTP) dan mengikuti berbagai forum yang diselenggarakan oleh World Health Organization (WHO) dan Global Alliance for Vaccine Immunisation (GAVI).
