Prediksi Kelayakan Usaha Dalam Pemanfaatan Wilayah Di Ekosistem Hutan Mangrove Nuddin Harahab, Abu Bakar Sambah, Mohammad Mahmudi Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Brawijaya Abstrak Hutan mangrove merupakan suatu ekosistem pesisir yang kompleks dan khas, dan memiliki daya dukung tinggi bagi kehidupan. Oleh karena itu kawasan pesisir pantai menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan pembangunan dan perekonomian. Pemanfaatan wilayah pesisir mempunyai banyak tujuan dengan berbagai macam aktivitas ekonomi yang ada, antara lain: pemukiman, tambak, dan industri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis prediksi kelayakan usaha dalam pemanfaatan wilayah di hutan mangrove. Untuk mengetahui profitabilitas dan kelayakan usaha, menggunakan perhitungan keuntungan, rentabilitas, Net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) dan net benefit-cost ratio (net B/C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan untuk tambak silfovishery menunjukkan nilai kelayakan yang paling tinggi, dari 4 alternatif pemanfaatan wilayah yang ada (untuk tambak intensif udang, tambak silvofishery, produksi arang dan penanaman mangrove, dan semua wilayah untuk mangrove). The Prediction Of The Feasibility In The Use Region In Mangrove Forest Ecosystem Abstract The prediction of the feasibility in the use region in mangrove forest ecosystem. Mangrove is a coastal ecosystem which has own characteristics and complexity, and has high life supporting. Moreover, coastal area has become of important part on development and economic activities. Utilization of coastal area has many advantages in several economic activities such as settlement, ponds, and industries. The purpose of this study was to analyze the prediction of feasibility in the utilization of mangrove forest areas. To get the number of profitability and their feasibility, the writer used benefit tabulation, rentability, Net Present Value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and net benefit cost ratio (net B/C). The results showed that the utilization for the silfovishery pond demonstrate the feasibility of the highest value, from 4 alternatives utilization of existing areas (for intensive shrimp ponds, silvofishery pond, production of charcoal and planting of mangrove, and all areas for mangrove).
