Surakarta : Jurusan Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Januari 2013. Adi Soemarmo adalah bandara internasional yang terletak di Karesidenan Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Adi Soemarmo mempunyai peluang besar untuk dikembangkan dengan menambah jumlah penerbangan, disebabkan lokasi disekitar bandara akan menjadi titik temu jalan tol lintas antar provinsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di unit Apron Movement Control (AMC), karena menurut Peraturan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Udara, AMC merupakan unit yang bertanggung jawab atas pengaturan dan pengawasan ketertiban, keselamatan pergerakan lalu lintas di apron, dan penempatan pesawat udara. Dengan demikian, perlu dibangun sistem informasi administrasi pelayanan operasional pesawat secara komputerisasi yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan sistem di lapangan seperti menyimpan jadwal penerbangan, nomor penerbangan, tipe pesawat yang digunakan, serta waktu aktual kedatangan maupun keberangkatan pesawat. Sistem informasi yang ada di AMC dibangun dengan menggunakan aplikasi dekstop. Karena, informasi yang ada akan disimpan dalam database, dan data tersebut akan didistribusikan ke unit terkait seperti Ground Handling, Unit Penerangan, Airport Duty Manager, serta Divisi Komersial. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi ini, proses pencatatan, penyimpanan, dan pendistribusian data menjadi lebih efisien. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, apron movement control, aplikasi dekstop. Adi Soemarmo is an international airport located in Surakarta, Central Java. Adi Soemarmo have great opportunities to be developed by increasing the number of flights, due to locations around the airport will be the meeting point between the provincial highway traffic. The research was conducted at the unit Apron Movement Control (AMC), because according to the Director General of Civil Aviation, AMC is the unit responsible for the regulation and supervision order, safety of traffic movement on the apron, and parking of aircraft. Thus, the need to build information systems administration computerized aircraft operating services capable of meeting the needs of the system in the field as storing flight schedules, flight number, type of aircraft used, and the actual time of arrival and departure of aircraft. Existing information systems at AMC built using desktop applications. Because the information is stored in a database, and the data will be distributed to relevant units such as Ground Handling, Information Unit, Airport Duty Manager, and Commercial Division. By using this information system, the process of recording, storage, and distribution of the data to be more efficient. Keywords: transportation.
