1. Menu Payment Recapitulation
1. Payment Recapitulation Menu Menu ini digunakan untuk melihat rekap pembayaran mahasiswa setiap semester. This menu displays your payment recapitulation for each semester.

2. Curriculum Information Menu Menu ini digunakan untuk melihat kurikulum yang ditetapkan oleh jurusan. Pengambilan mata kuliah yang akan ditempuh mahasiswa harus berpedoman pada kurikulum. This menu displays the curriculum formulated by your department. The selection of subjects to do must be in accordance to this.

3. Subjects Offered Menu ini digunakan untuk melihat daftar mata kuliah yang ditawarkan ke mahasiswa tiap semester. Mahasiswa hanya bisa mengambil mata kuliah yang ditawarkan pada semester berlangsung. This menu displays the list of subjects available to students every semester. Students may only select subjects that are offered to them during the semester.

Untuk melihat mata kuliah yang ditawarkan klik menu Mata Kuliah Ditawarkan kemudian pilih Sesi dengan mengklik combo box Choose Session. Tampilan setelah sesi dipilih seperti gambar berikut ini. To see the subjects available, click on the “Subjects Offered” menu and choose your session by clicking on the “Choose Session” drop-down menu. You will be taken to the page as shown below.

4. Input Study Plan Menu Menu ini digunakan untuk melakukan input rencana studi tiap semester. Menu ini hanya bisa diakses pada awal semester sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan oleh bagian Akademik. Ada beberapa persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk melakukan input rencana studi ini, antara lain: •
Membayar biaya perkuliahan
•
Mengisi kuesioner kinerja dosen pada semester sebelumnya
•
Tidak mempunyai tanggungan peminjaman buku
•
Dan persyaratan-persyaratan lain yang ditetapkan oleh bagian Akademik
This menu is used to input your study plan each semester. This menu can only be accessed at the beginning of every semester, and during the allocated sessions. There are a few things to take note in order to ensure access to this menu, these are: •
Payment of tuition fee must be completed
•
Lecturer questionnaires for the previous semester must be filled
•
No books are overdue

Untuk melakukan input rencana studi, klik menu Input Study Plan dan klik option Choose Session. To input your study plan, click on the “Input Study Plan” menu and select your session under “Choose Session” Tampilan menu ini adalah seperti berikut ini. Your screen will look similarly to this.

Pada bagian atas daftar mata kuliah ditampilkan nomor dan nama mahasiswa, jurusan, tahun akademik, dasar kurikulum yang dipakai IPS (index prestasi semester) dan jatah SKS (jumlah kredit mata kuliah yang boleh diambil) dan SKS yang diambil. Kurikulum berbeda. Pada daftar mata kuliah menampilkan kurikulum, kode mata kuliah, kelas mata kuliah, kredit, kapasitas kelas dan jumlah pengambil mata kuliah. Mahasiswa dapat memilih mata kuliah yang akan diambil dengan mengklik check box pada kolom kurikulum. Pilihlah kelas yang kapasitasnya belum penuh. Jika anda memilih kelas yang sudah penuh akan ada pesan “Class is full capacity”. At the top are: your name and student number, major, academic year, curriculum used, GPA (Grade point average), your subject credit allowance for the semester, and the amount of credits taken this semester. Below is the table that displays the subject curriculum, code, class, credit, capacity and the number of students already selecting the class. Choose a class with seats available, otherwise a message saying “Class is full capacity” will pop up.

Untuk melihat daftar kelas yang telah berhasil dipilih melalui menu Chek Your Study Plan. To see the list of classes successfully selected, click on the “Check Your Study Plan” menu.
5. Input Lecturer Questionnaire Menu Menu ini digunakan untuk mengisi kuisioner mengenai performa dosen yang mengajar dan beberapa pelayanan kepada mahasiswa semester sebelumnya. Kuisioner ini akan menjadi penilaian bagi dosen dan pelayanan mahasiswa dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan pengajaran dan pelayanan. Untuk mengisi kuisioner klik menu Menu Input Lecturer Questionnaire dan klik option Periode of lecturer questionnaire This menu is used to fill questionnaires for lecturer performance as well as other services offered to students in the previous semester. This questionnaire will be utilised as a performance appraisal for lecturers and other student services, in order to increase future performance. To fill a questionnaire, click on the “Input Lecturer Questionnaire” menu and select the period.

Setelah memilih periode maka akan muncul tombol Enter. Klik tombol Enter untuk melanjutkan. After selecting a period, the “Enter” button will appear. Click to continue.
Kuisioner yang harus diisi adalah kuisioner performa dosen-dosen pada mata kuliah semester sebelumnya. Klik option pada kolom kurikulum untuk memilih dosen yang akan dinilai. Untuk kuisioner penilaian pelayanan pada semester sebelumnya klik link Non Dosen. Tampilan untuk mengisi kuisioner pelayanan seperti gambar berikut ini. To fill the questionnaire for student services during the previous semester, click “Non-Lecturer”. The questionnaire forms will look similarly to this.

6. Check Your Study Plan Menu Menu ini digunakan untuk melihat KRS per semester. Klik menu Chek Your Study Plan maka secara default akan muncul daftar mata kuliah yang kita ambil pada semester ini. Klik combo box Choose session untuk melihat daftar KRS mata kuliah yang diambil pada semester sebelumnya. Tampilan saat menjalankan menu Chek Your Study Plan seperti pada gambar berikut ini. This menu displays your Study Plan Card. Click the “Check Your Study Plan” menu and it will automatically display your subjects for the semester. Session” to display your study plan from the previous semesters. The “Check Your Study Plan” menu looks similarly to this.
7. Open Study Result Menu ini digunakan untuk melihat nilai mata kuliah tiap semester. Untuk melihat nilai mata kuliah di semester sebelumnya klik combo box choose session, pilih semester yang diinginkan. Adapun tampilan menu ini adalah seperti gambar berikut ini. This menu displays your grades for the semester. To view grades from the previous semesters, click on the drop down menu under “Choose Session”, and choose your desired semester. 8. View Study Result Card Menu Menu ini digunakan untuk melihat KHS (kartu hasil studi) mahasiswa keseluruhan berdasarkan kelompok mata kuliah yang tertentu. Dengan menu ini mahasiswa bisa melihat nilai-nilai mata kuliah hasil studi termasuk mata kuliah yang diulang dan IPK (indeks prestasi kumulatif) yang diperoleh. Tampilan saat menu ini adalah seperti gambar berikut ini. This menu displays your overall Study Result Card categorised by the type of subjects. With this menu, you are able to view your study results, including repeated classes, as well as your cumulative GPA. The “View Study Result Card” menu looks similarly to this.
