Fiona ABOUT ME
Fast Growth Two years ago, I started my own e-commerce business, which is now experiencing rapid growth. The thing that makes my business unique is the one-to-one service that we provide. We have had great reviews for that. As a perfectionist, I enjoy finding new ways to make things even quicker and more efficient.
MY COMPANY I started my own e-commerce business two years ago. Previously, I have worked in the retail business for three years. During this time, I realized that nobody was selling radiators online, and this triggered me to start up my own e-commerce business
My company has one employee, and sells central heating and electric radiators via the online channel. Our customer base consists of renovators and people who are building a new home. Most customers are local, but some are international.
MY NEEDS & WANTS Value proposition • Up-to-date product solutions and value added services for e-commerce • Up-to-date online payment processing security

Adapt customer journeys to specific needs & behaviour Brit ABOUT ME
Basic user
Streamlined customer journey with low end pricing
Five years ago, I decided to start a buffet restaurant, of which I am now the proud owner. I enjoy offering my customers good value for money: quality food for an affordable price. I always strive for my customers to have a pleasant evening, and therefore aim to provide them with personal service. It’s great when I can help them quickly.
MY INDUSTRY
MY DAY-2-DAY ACTIVITIES
I have been in the small restaurant business for five years.
I start by 10.00am to make sure that I have all the ingredients available for tonight's buffet. I then sort out the accounting and check the bookings of the day.
MY COMPANY
My employees help me to serve drinks , prepare the buffet, and do the dishes. In addition, they also take payments from our customers.
My restaurant has five employees. I offer buffets to my customers who can expect great value for money. We are a well known restaurant in the neighborhood.
At the end of the day, I want to make sure that our customers have enjoyed their food, and had a nice evening together with their friends or family.

Violet Veellener OVER MIJ
‘Quality time’ Ik ben Violet, 59 jaar, getrouwd, geen kinderen.
Mijn favoriete genre is literatuur.

Tamara Toekomst Over mij
