Winter is coming: Coal in demand Untuk 2H17F, kami memperkirakan beberapa pembangkit listrik tenaga air di China akan mengalami hiatus karena musim dingin.

Kami tetap mempertahankan rekomendasi Overweight pada sektor batubara mengingat proyeksi harga batu bara global rata-rata 2017F kami tidak berubah pada level USD75.0/ton. Pilihan utama sektor ini adalah Adaro Energy (ADRO/ Buy/TP IDR2,425). Untuk 2H17F, kami optimis impor batu bara China akan naik di bagian belakang musim dingin mendatang. Untuk jangka menengah, kami percaya bahwa debt to equity swap baru-baru ini antara CIC dan Bumi Resources mengindikasikan minat China terhadap batubara BUMI yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Untuk jangka panjang, mengingat China bertujuan untuk mengurangi emisi sulfur dan nitrogen dioksida (sementara batubaranya mengandung abu dan belerang tinggi), kami memperkirakan negara akan mengimpor lebih banyak batu bara dari Indonesia untuk dicampur dengan batubara sendiri untuk mendapatkan hasil optimal sambil mengurangi polusi.

Local flashes KLBF: Kalbe Farma bersiap ekspansi ke Timur Tengah. Perusahaan farmasi, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) akan menggenjot ekspansi ke pasar Timur Tengah. Upaya membuka pasar baru ini menjadi langkah KLBF untuk meningkatkan penjualan ekspor. KLBF akan mengekspor produk Hydro Coco ke kawasan ini. Di semester satu ini, KLBF menyelesaikan tes pasar, survei, dan menggandeng partner lokal. Setelah kajian rampung, Kalbe akan menggelar promosi besarbesaran. Salah satu langkah awal KLBF adalah membuka kantor perwakilan di Dubai, Qatar. (Kontan) MDRN: Modern Internasional batal menjual jaringan 7-Eleven. Penjualan jaringan convenience store 7-Eleven resmi batal. PT Modern Internasional Tbk (MDRN), induk usaha PT Modern Sevel Indonesia, operator 7-Eleven, mengungkapkan, MDRN membatalkan penjualan kepada PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN). "Rencana transaksi material atas penjualan dan transfer segmen bisnis restoran dan convenience store di Indonesia dengan merek waralaba 7- Eleven beserta aset-aset yang menyertainya oleh PT Modern Sevel Indonesia sebagai salah satu entitas anak kepada PT Charoen Pokphand Restu Indonesia, mengalami pembatalan karena tidak tercapainya kesepakatan atas pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan," kata Chandra Wijaya, Direktur MDRN. (Kontan) BMTR: Global Mediacom menerbitkan obligasi Rp 1,5 triliun. PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) merilis surat utang total senilai Rp 1,5 triliun. Surat utang tersebut terbagi dalam dua bagian, yakni penawaran umum berkelanjutan (PUB) I Global Mediacom dan sukuk ijarah berkelanjutan. Target dana yang dihimpun dari obligasi konvensional maksimal Rp 1,1 triliun. Untuk tahap pertama, BMTR membidik dana Rp 850 miliar. Obligasi tersebut ditawarkan dalam tiga seri. Obligasi bertenor lima tahun mematok kupon 10,75%-11,5%, lalu obligasi bertenor enam tahun memberi kupon 11%-11,75%. Sementara obligasi bertenor tujuh tahun menawarkan kupon sebesar 11,25%-12%. (Kontan) BBNI: Ekspansi kredit, BNI rilis obligasi Rp 3 triliun. PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) memantapkan tekad untuk menerbitkan obligasi sebesar Rp 3 triliun pada Juni 2017. Obligasi ini merupakan bagian dari obligasi berkelanjutan I BNI dengan target total dana sebesar Rp 10 triliun. Berdasarkan prospektus kepada otoritas bursa, BNI mengungkap, penerbitan obligasi ini bertujuan untuk ekspansi kredit. (Kontan) UNVR: Unilever siapkan investasi US$ 500 juta di Indonesia. Grup Unilever siap menggelontorkan investasi di Indonesia. Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Sancoyo Antarikso mengatakan, pihaknya siap menginvestasikan sebanyak US$ 500 juta hingga lima tahun mendatang. Sayang, belum dibeberkan investasi tersebut dibelanjakan untuk apa saja. "Saat ini, kami juga mengerjakan proyek oleochemical di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sei Mangke," kata Sancoyo, Senin (5/6). Presiden Direktur PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Hemant Bakshi menambahkan, pasar Indonesia dipercaya masih akan berkembang dengan populasi yang besar. (Kontan) SMMT: Golden Eagle mematangkan ekspansi pembangkit. PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) berniat mendiversifikasi bisnis. Emiten anggota Rajawali Group ini berencana masuk ke bisnis pembangkit listrik mulut tambang. SMMT akan ikut konsorsium bersama tiga atau empat perusahaan lain, termasuk dua perusahaan asing. Lewat konsorsium ini, SMMT akan membangun pembangkit listrik berkapasitas 300– 600 megawatt (MW), dengan nilai investasi mencapai US$ 360 juta– US$ 720 juta. (Kontan)

Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) – Consolidation IHSG akan coba naik mendekati center line pada uptrend channel. IHSG saat masih dalam pola uptrend jangka pendek relatif valid yang dimulai sejak 94 hari terakhir dengan r-squared = 0.9255 dan bergerak normal dalam rentang +/-1.78 std.deviasi dari centerline. Peluang IHSG bergerak di luar pergerakan normal sekitar 7.45% atau sekitar 7 bar chart. Rata-rata volatilitas normal pergerakan IHSG saat ini sebesar +/0.46% atau sekitar +/- 26.4 point. sebagaimana terlihat pada Figure 1.

Secara umum harga saham akan coba naik mendekati center line pada uptrend channel yang masih relatif valid dengan r-squared = 0.884 selama 65 hari terakhir dan bergerak normal dalam rentang +/-1.58 std.deviasi dari centerline. Peluang harga keluar dari pergerakan normalnya sekitar 11.65 % (sekitar 8 bar chart ).
