LatarBelakang:Bermainmerupakansalahsatucarauntukmembantuanakberadaptasi denganlingkungan yang asingdansebagaisalahsatuterapeutikataudisebutjugarangkaianaktivitas yang berpusatpada proses penyembuhanTahapanpemeriksaanpadaanakmempunyaibeberapakendala, salahsatunyaadalahsaatpemeriksaanfisik. Anakusia 1-5 tahunbiasamerasaketakutanketikaakandilakukanpemeriksaanfisik. Anakcenderungreweldanmembuatpemeriksaansulitdilakukan. Tujuan:Mengetahui hubungan permainan dan skor ketakutan anak usia 1 – 5 tahunsaatpemeriksaanfisikdi rumah sakit. Metode:Desainquasy experimentaldenganpretest posttest with control group design.Teknikpengambilansampelmenggunakaninsidental samplingdanjumlahresponden30 responden.Alatpengumpulan data adalahlembarobservasi CHEOPS. Ujistatistik yang digunakanadalahMann WhitneypadasaatpretestdanUji T tidakberpasangansaatposttest. Hasil:HasilujipretestdenganujiMann Whitneydiperolehnilaip= 0.269 danposttestmenggunakanUji T tidakberpasangandiperolehnilaip = 0.000, yang dapatdisimpulkannilai p < 0.05 artinyaterdapathubunganbermainterhadapskorketakutananaksaatpemeriksaanfisik di rumahsakit. Kesimpulan:Terdapathubunganbermainterhadapskorketakutananaksaatpemeriksa anfisik di rumahsakit. Kata kunci :Permainan, SkorKetakutanAnak, PemeriksaanFisik

DYAH KrisnawatiSatia PRATIWI. R115030.RELATIONSHIP OF GAME AND SCORING ON FEARS OF CHILDREN AGES 1-5 YEARS TIME PHYSICAL EXAMINATION IN HOSPITAL. Midwife Educator DIV Studies Program Faculty of Medicine, SebelasMaretUniversity. Background: Playing is one way to help the children adapt to the foreign environment and as a therapeutic or also called a series of activities centered on the healing process Stages checks on children have some obstacles, one of which is currently a physical examination. Children aged 1-5 years plain scared when it will do a physical examination. Kids tend to be fussy and makes inspection difficult. Objective: To examine the relationship game and score the fear of children aged 1-5 years when the physical examination in the hospital. Methods: quasy experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique using incidental sampling and the number of respondents 30 respondents. Data collection tool is the observation sheet Cheops. The statistical test used was Mann Whitney test when the pretest and posttest T unpaired time. Results: The test results pre-test by Mann Whitney test obtained by value p = 0269 and post test using T test of unpaired obtained value of p = 0.000, which can be summed value of P <0.05 means that there is a relationship play to score the fear of children when physical examination in hospital , Conclusion: There is a relationship play to score the fear of children when physical examination at the hospital.
