INTERNATIONAL PART A: GENERAL ACCEPTANCE, APPLICABILITY AND ESTABLISHMENT These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements of Global Network Group, her subsidiaries, registered trade names and registered trade activities as well as all legal relations arising from such offers and agreements. These General Terms and Conditions consist of several parts, viz: - Part A: General - Part B: Education & CPD Program - Part C: Registration & Certification Services Any deviation from these General Terms and Conditions will only be valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing. Global Network Group will not accept any General Terms and Conditions provided by the client and/or customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All offers made by Global Network Group are free of obligations, unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement between Global Network Group and the client and/or customer will become effective through a written, verbal or internet assignment or application or enrolment or agreement by the client and/or customer and/or participant and acceptance thereof by Global Network Group. An assignment, application, enrolment or agreement will be considered as accepted by Global Network Group upon receipt, unless the client and/or customer has been notified of the contrary in writing. Registration of participants and applicants for services and activities provided by Global Network Group will take place in order of enrolment.

NEDERLANDS DEEL A: ALGEMEEN AANVAARDING, TOEPASSELIJKHEID EN TOTSTANDKOMING Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen en overeenkomsten van Global Network Group, haar dochterondernemingen, geregistreerde handelsnamen, geregistreerde handelsactiviteiten en op alle rechtsverhoudingen die daaruit voortvloeien. Deze algemene voorwaarden bestaan uit meer delen, te weten: - Deel A: Algemeen - Deel B: Onderwijs & CPD Programma - Deel C: Registratie en Certificering Diensten Afwijkingen van de algemene voorwaarden dienen uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk te zijn overeengekomen. Eventuele algemene voorwaarden van de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer worden door Global Network Group niet aanvaard, tenzij schriftelijk anders is overeengekomen. Alle aanbiedingen van Global Network Group zijn vrijblijvend, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders bepaald. Een overeenkomst tussen Global Network Group en de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer komt tot stand door een schriftelijke, mondelinge of internet aanmelding, opdracht of inschrijving of overeenkomst door de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer en/of de deelnemer en de aanvaarding daarvan door Global Network Group. Een aanmelding, opdracht, inschrijving of overeenkomst geldt als aanvaard door Global Network Group zodra deze is ontvangen tenzij het tegendeel schriftelijk aan de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer is bericht. De inschrijving van deelnemers aan en aanmeldingen voor activiteiten en diensten van Global Network Group geschiedt in volgorde van aanmelding.

Global Network Group is entitled to immediately dissolve the agreement, registration or certification if the other party fails to fulfil its obligations, or if the other party files a petition in bankruptcy or applies for a moratorium or if the other party goes into liquidation or suspends its business activities. At all times, Global Network Group is entitled to amend the General Terms and Conditions. Such an amendment will come into effect one calendar month after the date on which the amended General Terms and Conditions were sent to the other party. If the other party objects in writing to the amendment, and does so not later than the date on which the amended General Terms and Conditions will come into effect, the original General Terms and Conditions will remain applicable to the other party. BUSINESS NAMES Global Network Group is also active with registered subsidiaries and under the trade names and trade activities as mentioned in appendix one, with the corresponding logos and domain names.

2.2

These General Terms and Conditions will also apply to all activities Global Network Group carries out under the subsidiaries, trade names en trade activities mentioned in appendix one.

2.3

Wherever in the assignment, application, agreement, regulation, rule, correspondence or any other document Global Network Group or one of the subsidiaries, trade names or trade activities stated in appendix one is mentioned, they are understood to mean the legal entity in which the local branch of Global Network Group carries out its activities.

Global Network Group kan de overeenkomst, registratie of certificatie direct ontbinden, indien de wederpartij in gebreke is met de nakoming van zijn verplichtingen, dan wel indien een aanvraag voor faillissement of surséance van betaling van de wederpartij wordt ingediend of de wederpartij in liquidatie komt te verkeren of zijn bedrijfsactiviteiten staakt. Global Network Group is te allen tijde gerechtigd de Algemene Voorwaarden te wijzigingen. Een dergelijke wijziging wordt van kracht één kalendermaand na de datum van verzending aan de wederpartij van de gewijzigde Algemene Voorwaarden. Indien de wederpartij uiterlijk op de datum waarop de gewijzigde Algemene Voorwaarden van kracht worden, schriftelijk bezwaar maakt tegen de wijziging, zullen ten aanzien van haar de oorspronkelijke Algemene Voorwaarden van toepassing blijven. HANDELSNAMEN Global Network Group is mede actief met / onder de in appendix één genoemde dochternemingen, handelsnamen en handelsactiviteiten met de bijbehorende beeldmerken en domeinnamen. Deze algemene voorwaarden gelden eveneens voor alle activiteiten die Global Network Group uitoefent onder de in appendix één genoemde dochterondernemingen, handelsnamen of handelsactiviteiten. Waar in de opdracht, aanmelding, overeenkomst, reglement, correspondentie of ieder ander document wordt gesproken over Global Network Group of één van de in appendix één genoemde dochterondernemingen, handelsnamen of handelsactiviteiten moet hieronder worden verstaan de rechtspersoon waar binnen de lokale vestiging van Global Network Group haar activiteiten uitoefent.

RATES

3.1

All rates published by Global Network Group are stated in EUROs and exclusive of any other governmentally imposed taxes and levies. If and insofar as Global Network Group is subject to value added tax (VAT) , this will be charged to the client and/or customer.

3.2

Unless stated otherwise, all prices mentioned are per individual participant and include the materials and services provided by Global Network Group. Any living costs, materials and services that is not provided by Global Network Group are excluded.

3.3

Living costs include, among other things, hotel, travel and accommodation expenses, also including boat, train and air trips, location costs, honoraria and costs of persons or organizations setting up or carrying out arrangements for Global Network Group.

3.4

Arrangements include, among other things, overnight stays, meals, snacks, refreshments, trips and movements, office locations and accommodation.

3.5

Global Network Group reserves the right to adjust its rates prematurely, in compliance with a thirty day term. In case an announced increase in rate also applies to a current agreement, Global Network Group will be obliged to enter into a supplementary agreement with the client and/or customer, unless stated otherwise or additionally in the assignment or agreement.

4.1

PAYMENTS Unless agreed upon otherwise, payment of invoices of Global Network Group must be made, without any deduction or discount, within seven days from the date of invoice and/or prior to provision of the log in codes for the service, registration or certification for which the participant or client has enrolled.

TARIEVEN Alle door Global Network Group gepubliceerde tarieven luiden in EURO en zijn exclusief belastingen en heffingen van overheidswege. Indien en voor zover door Global Network Group omzetbelasting (BTW) is verschuldigd zal deze aan de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer in rekening worden gebracht. Alle opgegeven prijzen zijn, tenzij anders vermeld, per individuele persoon, inclusief het door Global Network Group beschikbaar gestelde materiaal en diensten en exclusief eventuele arrangementskosten en exclusief door Global Network Group niet beschikbaar gestelde materialen en diensten. Onder arrangementskosten worden ondermeer verstaan de hotel-, reis- en verblijfkosten waaronder mede begrepen bootreizen, treinreizen, vliegreizen, de kosten van de locatie, de honoraria en kosten van personen of organisaties die voor Global Network Group arrangementen regelen of uitvoeren. Onder arrangement wordt ondermeer verstaan overnachtingen, maaltijden, snacks, consumpties, reizen en verplaatsingen, kantooren verblijfslocaties. Global Network Group behoudt zich het recht voor haar tarieven tussentijds te wijzigen, met inachtneming van een termijn van dertig dagen. Indien een aangekondigde tariefsverhoging mede van toepassing zal zijn op een lopende overeenkomst is Global Network Group gehouden met de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer tot een aanvullende afspraak te komen tenzij in de opdracht of overeenkomst hierover anders of aanvullend is bepaald. BETALINGEN De betaling van facturen van Global Network Group dient, tenzij anders overeengekomen, zonder enige inhouding of korting, te geschieden binnen zeven dagen na factuurdatum en/of voor de verstrekking van de inlogcodes voor de dienst, registratie of certificering waarvoor de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever zich heeft ingeschreven.

In the event that the due payment has not been received in time, the other party will be legally in default, without any notice of default being required. In addition, as of the date of invoice, without prejudice to the legal consequences of non-observance of agreements, the other party will owe an interest rate of 1.5% per calendar month, including part of a month. Furthermore, Global Network Group is entitled to charge collection fees to the amount of 15% of the total amount owed, with a minimum of € 150.00, without prejudice to its right to claim the full collection fees.

4.4

In case it has been agreed that payment will take place in instalments, each instalment should be received on or before the expiry date. Should the other party fail to do so, he or she will be in default and the total amount owed will fall due immediately. All instalments are specified in calendar months. For each instalment, Global Network Group charges the client and/or customer a fee to cover the administrative costs and an interest rate of 1.5% per instalment for loss of income.

4.5

Each payment made by the other party will initially be deducted from the interest and collection fees due and, subsequently, from the longest outstanding invoices, even if the other party states that the payment relates to a later invoice. The other party is by no means allowed to balance an outstanding debt arising from this agreement with a claim he or she may have against Global Network Group.

In geval van niet-tijdige betaling is de wederpartij, ook zonder ingebrekestelling, van rechtswege in verzuim en is zij, onverminderd de wettelijke gevolgen van de niet-nakoming van verbintenissen, met ingang van de factuurdatum een vertragingsrente verschuldigd van 1,5% per kalendermaand, een gedeelte van een maand daaronder begrepen. Global Network Group is voorts gerechtigd incassokosten in rekening te brengen ten bedrage van 15% van de hoofdsom met een minimum van € 150,- , onverminderd haar recht om de volledige incassokosten te vorderen. Indien is overeengekomen dat betaling in termijnen zal plaatsvinden, dient iedere termijnbetaling stipt voor de vervaldatum te zijn ontvangen, bij gebreke waarvan de wederpartij van rechtswege in verzuim is en het gehele bedrag direct opeisbaar is. Alle termijnbetalingen worden benoemd in kalendermaanden. Voor iedere termijn brengt Global Network Group een vergoeding ter dekking van haar administratieve kosten en gederfde inkomensrente ad 1,5% per termijn in rekening aan de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer. Iedere betaling van de wederpartij strekt in eerste instantie in mindering op de verschuldigde rente en incassokosten en daarna in mindering op de opeisbare facturen die het langst openstaan, ook indien de wederpartij aangeeft dat de betaling betrekking heeft op een latere factuur. Verrekening door de wederpartij van een schuld uit deze overeenkomst met een vordering die zij op Global Network Group meent te hebben, is uitgesloten.

Any costs of payment will always be at the expense of the client and/or customer. Costs include, among other things: banking costs, urgency costs, translation costs, costs of transfer, costs of international transactions, costs of credit card transactions, costs of internet transactions, costs of differences in exchange rates and currencies. In case these costs come to the notice of Global Network Group after receipt of (part of) a payment by or on behalf of the client and/or customer, he or she is obliged, upon first instruction by Global Network Group, to proceed to the additional payment and/or compensation. Global Network Group reserves the right to ask for a payment guarantee or a (partial) advance payment and to postpone the fulfilment of its obligations until this payment guarantee or advance payment has been received. LIABILITY Except for cases of intent or gross culpability, Global Network Group is not liable for any loss or damage the other party or any third party may suffer as a result of any action or negligence on the part of Global Network Group or its subordinates or third parties called in by Global Network Group.

5.2

Under no circumstances will the total liability of Global Network Group per event or series of events, in whatever capacity, exceed the amount the other party owes Global Network Group for the execution of the agreement. Furthermore, in case of periodic payments this amount will not exceed the compensation for one month at the most.

5.3

Liability for any kind of consequential loss, including loss of profits, is explicitly excluded.

Eventuele kosten van een betaling komen altijd voor rekening van de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer. Onder kosten worden ondermeer verstaan: bankkosten, spoedkosten, vertaal kosten, kosten van / voor overmaking, kosten van / voor internationale transacties, kosten van / voor transacties met behulp van een credit card, kosten van / voor internet transacties, kosten van / voor koers- en valutaverschillen. Indien deze kosten ter kennis komen van Global Network Group na de ontvangst van een (deel) betaling door of vanwege de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer is deze gehouden op eerste lastgeving van Global Network Group tot de aanvullende betaling en/of schadeloosstelling over te gaan. Global Network Group behoudt zicht het recht voor om zekerheid voor de betaling te vragen dan wel (gedeeltelijke) vooruitbetaling en de uitvoering van haar verplichtingen op te schorten tot de gevraagde zekerheidstelling of vooruitbetaling heeft plaatsgevonden. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID Behoudens in geval van opzet of grove schuld, is Global Network Group niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade die de wederpartij of enige derde mocht lijden ten gevolge van enig handelen of nalaten van Global Network Group of van haar ondergeschikten of van door haar ingeschakelde derden. In geen geval zal de totale aansprakelijkheid van Global Network Group per gebeurtenis of reeks van gebeurtenissen, uit welken hoofde dan ook, meer bedragen dan het bedrag dat de wederpartij voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst aan Global Network Group verschuldigd is, waarbij in geval van een periodieke betalingsverplichting dit bedrag niet meer zal bedragen dan de vergoeding over ten hoogste één maand. Aansprakelijkheid voor iedere vorm van gevolgschade, waaronder gederfde winsten of bedrijfsschade, is uitdrukkelijk uitgesloten.




5.4

In case Global Network Group, due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, is prevented from carrying out an agreement, Global Network Group may choose to postpone the execution for the duration of the impediment or annul the agreement, without any obligation to compensate.

5.5

Force majeure also includes shortcomings, whether or not accountable, in the performance by third parties called in by Global Network Group.

5.6

Unforeseen circumstances also include situations in which Global Network Group decides that the number of enrolments for a activity, course, training session, workshop, registration or certification is insufficient.

Any complaint must be filed within eight fourteen following the day on which the complaint arose or was discovered. If this term is not met, we are under no obligation to handle the complaint and the other party is considered to have approved the execution of the agreement. In case of any loss or damage, the other party should notify Global Network Group in writing and as soon as possible, but not later than thirty days following the day on which the loss or damage arose or was discovered. Any loss or damage that has not been claimed within this term will not qualify for compensation. In any case, all legal actions taken by the other party against Global Network Group will lapse after the time limit of one calendar year, as from the day on which the relevant obligation arising from the agreement became due and payable and/or the event causing the loss or damage took place. WARRANTY The other party is entirely liable towards Global Network Group for any loss or damage Global Network Group or third parties called in by Global Network Group might suffer due to nonobservance of the regulations stated in these General Terms and Conditions and/or the agreement by the other party or its employees or its subcontractors.

In het geval dat Global Network Group door overmacht of onvoorziene omstandigheden verhinderd is om een overeenkomst uit te voeren, kan Global Network Group naar haar keuze de uitvoering opschorten voor de duur van de verhindering of de overeenkomst ontbinden, zonder tot enige schadevergoeding te zijn gehouden. Onder overmacht wordt onder meer ook begrepen een al dan niet toerekenbare tekortkoming in de nakoming van door Global Network Group ingeschakelde derden. Onder onvoorziene omstandigheden wordt mede begrepen de situatie waarin naar oordeel van Global Network Group onvoldoende aanmeldingen zijn ontvangen voor een activiteit, opleiding, training, cursus, registratie of certificatie. Eventuele klachten moeten worden ingediend binnen veertien dagen na de dag waarop de klacht is ontstaan of ontdekt, bij gebreke waarvan een eventuele klacht niet meer in behandeling behoeft te worden genomen en de wederpartij geacht wordt door de uitvoering van de overeenkomst te hebben goedgekeurd. De wederpartij dient eventuele schade zo spoedig mogelijk, doch uiterlijk binnen dertig dagen na het ontstaan of het bekend worden daarvan schriftelijk bij Global Network Group te melden. Schade die niet binnen deze termijn is gemeld, komt niet voor vergoeding in aanmerking. In ieder geval verjaren alle rechtsvorderingen van de wederpartij jegens Global Network Group na verloop van één kalenderjaar, te rekenen vanaf de dag waarop de relevante verplichting uit de overeenkomst opeisbaar werd c.q. de schade veroorzakende gebeurtenis plaatsvond. VRIJWARING De wederpartij is volledig aansprakelijk jegens Global Network Group voor de schade die Global Network Group of door haar ingeschakelde derden mocht lijden wegens het niet naleven door de wederpartij of haar werknemers of haar onderaannemers van de bepalingen van deze Algemene Voorwaarden en/of de overeenkomst.

The other party indemnifies Global Network Group against all legal actions taken by third parties that relate to a violation of its obligations arising from the General Terms and Conditions and/or the agreement by the other party or third parties that come within its area of responsibility, such as employees and subcontractors. Furthermore, the other party indemnifies Global Network Group and all people working on its behalf against all claims and demands made by third parties due to a violation (whether or not alleged) of the rights of third parties or due to conflict with any legal regulation or other relevant rule. In that case, Global Network Group will be fully compensated by the other party for all costs, losses or damages, and interest payments that might arise for Global Network Group and the people working on its behalf, including full legal costs. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1

All intellectual property rights with respect to the publications issued and made available by Global Network Group, including copyrights, trademark rights and database rights, are exclusively vested in Global Network Group.

7.2

Without the explicit prior written consent of Global Network Group, no publications issued or made available by Global Network Group may be reproduced, filed in a computerized database or made public in any way, shape or form, either electronically, digitally, mechanically, by photocopying, recording or in any other way.

7.3

The other party is not allowed to remove or amend any indication with respect to the intellectual property rights from the publications made available by Global Network Group.

‘Publications’ comprise, among other things: texts, syllabi, readers, books, documents, digital files, files and registrations in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group and all rules and regulations and instructions for certification & registration.

De wederpartij vrijwaart Global Network Group tegen alle rechtsvorderingen van derden die verband houden met een schending door de wederpartij of derden die onder haar verantwoordelijkheid vallen, zoals werknemers en onderaannemers, van haar verplichtingen uit de Algemene Voorwaarden en/of de overeenkomst. Voorts vrijwaart de wederpartij Global Network Group en alle voor haar werkzame personen voor alle aanspraken en vorderingen van derden wegens een (al dan niet vermeende) inbreuk op rechten van derden of wegens strijd met enig wettelijk voorschrift of andere relevante regelgeving. Global Network Group zal in dat geval door de wederpartij volledig schadeloos worden gesteld voor alle kosten, schaden en rentevergoedingen die voor Global Network Group en de voor haar werkzame personen mochten ontstaan, met inbegrip van de volledige juridische kosten. INTELLECTUEEL EIGENDOM Alle rechten van intellectueel eigendom met betrekking tot de door Global Network Group uitgegeven en beschikbaar gestelde werken, waaronder begrepen auteursrechten, merkrechten en databankrechten, berusten uitsluitend bij Global Network Group. Niets uit de door Global Network Group uitgegeven of beschikbaar gestelde werken mag worden verveelvoudigd, opgeslagen in een geautomatiseerd gegevensbestand, of openbaar gemaakt, in enige vorm of op enige wijze, hetzij elektronisch, digitaal, mechanisch, door fotokopieën, opnamen, of op enige andere manier, zonder uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Global Network Group. Het is de wederpartij niet toegestaan om enige aanduiding met betrekking tot de rechten van intellectueel eigendom uit de door Global Network Group beschikbaar gestelde werken te verwijderen of te wijzigen. Onder “werken” worden ondermeer verstaan: teksten, syllabi, readers, boeken, documenten, digitale bestanden, bestanden en registraties binnen de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group alsmede alle reglementen en regelgeving en instructies voor de registratie en certificering.

OTHER PROVISIONS PART A: GENERAL In case one or more provisions in the General Terms and Conditions will prove to be fully or partially invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force and the invalid provisions will be replaced with lawful provisions which will come as close as possible to the parties’ intentions. In all cases not or not fully covered by these provisions, Global Network Group will have independent authority. If, during a short or longer period of time, Global Network Group allows deviations from these General Terms and Conditions, whether explicitly or tacitly, Global Network Group is still entitled to demand direct and strict observance of the General Terms and Conditions. Global Network Group is entitled to assign its rights and obligations arising from the General Terms and Conditions and the agreement to an affiliated legal entity, in which case Global Network Group will notify the other party in time. Except for evidence of the contrary, the records of Global Network Group will be evidence of the assignments and payments received from the other party and of activities performed by Global Network Group. Global Network Group and the other party both acknowledge that electronic communication, in particular e-mail messages and registrations in the examination and learning & the certification & registration internet application of Global Network Group may be used in evidence. All legal relations arising from the General Terms and Conditions and agreement(s) entered into with the other party are exclusively governed by Dutch law. In case of multilingualism the Dutch language is preferred. In cases of dispute or conflict, Global Network Group is not obliged to provide the other party with translations, whether or not sworn. Any translation assignments and translation costs will at all times be at the expense of the other party.

OVERIGE BEPALINGEN DEEL A: ALGEMEEN Indien één of meer bepalingen van de Algemene Voorwaarden geheel of gedeeltelijk nietig zullen blijken te zijn, blijven de overige bepalingen onverminderd van kracht en zullen de nietige bepalingen worden vervangen door rechtsgeldige bepalingen die de bedoeling van partijen zoveel mogelijk benaderen. In alle gevallen waarin deze voorwaarden niet voorzien dan wel iets onvolledig regelen is Global Network Group zelfstandig bevoegd. Indien door Global Network Group gedurende korte of langere tijd al dan niet stilzwijgend afwijkingen van deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn toegestaan, laat dat onverlet haar recht alsnog directe en strikte naleving van de Algemene Voorwaarden te eisen. Global Network Group is bevoegd haar rechten en verplichtingen uit hoofde van de Algemene Voorwaarden en de overeenkomst over te dragen aan een aan haar gelieerde rechtspersoon, in welk geval zij de wederpartij tijdig zal informeren. De administratie van Global Network Group geldt, behoudens tegenbewijs, als bewijs van de door de wederpartij verstrekte opdrachten en gedane betalingen en van door Global Network Group verrichte werkzaamheden. Global Network Group en de wederpartij erkennen dat elektronische communicatie, zoals met name e-mail berichten en de registraties binnen de examen- en leer & de certificatie- & registratie internet applicatie van Global Network Group, als bewijs kan dienen. Op de rechtsverhoudingen voortvloeiend uit de Algemene Voorwaarden en de met de wederpartij gesloten overeenkomst(en) is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Bij meertaligheid prefereert de Nederlandse taal. Global Network Group is niet gehouden om in geval van een geschil of conflict vertalingen, al dan niet beëdigd, te leveren aan de wederpartij. Eventuele vertaalopdrachten en vertaalkosten komen altijd voor rekening van de wederpartij.

In case of disputes, arising from the General Terms and Conditions and/or the assignment or agreement or from elaborating agreements, parties will initially attempt to solve these through mediation.

8.10

In case of mediation, Global Network Group will exclusively acknowledge international certified mediators.

8.11

Any disputes between Global Network Group and the other party which cannot be settled amicably, will initially and exclusively be brought to the Rotterdam district court, without prejudice to the right of Global Network Group to bring the case to another competent court or authority.

In geval van geschillen, voortvloeiend uit algemene voorwaarden en/of de opdracht of overeenkomst of uit daarop hierop voortbouwende overeenkomsten, zullen partijen trachten deze in eerste instantie op te lossen met behulp van mediation. In geval van mediation erkent Global Network Group uitsluitend internationaal gecertificeerde mediators. Alle eventuele geschillen tussen Global Network Group en de wederpartij die niet minnelijk kunnen worden opgelost, worden in eerste instantie bij uitsluiting voorgelegd aan de Rechtbank in het Arrondissement Rotterdam, onverminderd het recht van Global Network Group om de zaak voor te leggen aan een andere bevoegde Rechtbank of instantie.

PART B: EDUCATION & CPD PROGRAM ENROLMENT, ANNULMENT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, ALTERATION At enrolment, the client and/or customer commits himself to following the entire activity, CPD program, as stated in the assignment, enrolment, training agreement or registration in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group. Cancellation of the activity, CPD program, training sessions or workshops free of charge is possible until one calendar month prior to the planned starting date. Any training costs paid in advance will be refunded. In case of cancellation of the activity, CPD program, training sessions or workshops within one calendar month and not later than three calendar weeks prior to the planned starting date, 50% of the total training costs will be due. Any training costs paid in advance will be balanced with the cancellation costs due. Any surplus will be refunded to the client and/or customer. Any deficit will be immediately due and must be paid by the client and/or customer at once. In case of cancellation of the activity, CPD program, training sessions or workshops within three calendar weeks prior to the planned starting date or after the planned starting date, the total training costs will be due. Cancellation of the activity, CPD program, training sessions or workshops is not possible when the participant or client, or a third party on behalf of the participant or client, has logged in on and/or has opened the ‘publications (educational materials)’ of the activity, CPD program, training session or workshop for which he or she has enrolled in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group. In case of the activity, CPD program, training sessions or workshops with living costs, the living costs cannot be cancelled, regardless of the term of notice, unless agreed upon otherwise. Under any circumstances, the client and/or customer will owe the full living costs.

DEEL B: ONDERWIJS & CPD PROGRAMMA INSCHRIJVING, ANNULEREN, OPZEGGEN, BEËINDIGEN, WIJZIGEN De opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer verbindt zich bij inschrijving voor de gehele activiteit, CPD programma zoals blijkt uit de opdracht, inschrijving, opleidingsovereenkomst of registratie binnen de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group. Kostenloze annulering van een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus is mogelijk tot één kalendermaand voor de geplande startdatum. Eventueel vooruit betaalde opleidingsgelden worden gerestitueerd. Indien de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus binnen één kalendermaand en uiterlijk drie kalenderweken voor de geplande startdatum wordt geannuleerd is 50% van het gehele opleidingsgeld verschuldigd. Eventueel vooruit betaalde opleidingsgelden worden verrekend met de verschuldigde annuleringskosten waarbij een eventueel surplus aan de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer wordt gerestitueerd of een eventueel tekort direct opeisbaar is en direct dient te worden voldaan door de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer. Indien de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus binnen drie kalenderweken voor de geplande startdatum of na de geplande startdatum wordt geannuleerd is het gehele opleidingsgeld verschuldigd. Annuleren van een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus is niet mogelijk indien de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever, of een derde namens de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever, heeft ingelogd in en/of de “werken (leermiddelen)” van de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus waarvoor is ingeschreven heeft geopend binnen de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group. In geval van een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus met arrangementskosten geldt dat het arrangement (“de arrangementskosten) niet kunnen worden geannuleerd, ongeacht de termijn van de annulering, tenzij anders overeengekomen. De opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer is onder alle omstandigheden de arrangementskosten geheel verschuldigd.




9.7

In case the activity, CPD program, training sessions or workshops take place on a location not owned by Global Network Group and/or include obligations not being part of the products offered by Global Network Group, such as boat, train and air trips, overnight stays and catering, the client and/or participant has direct liability. The client and/or participant indemnifies Global Network Group. In case of a cancellation the client and/or participant himself will be responsible for cancellation of the arrangement, if possible. Therefore, acceptance by Global Network Group of a timely cancellation of a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop will not relieve the client and/or participant of his obligations with respect to the arrangement.

In geval van een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus op een niet eigen locatie van Global Network Group en/of met verplichtingen die buiten het productaanbod van Global Network Group vallen, zoals ondermeer bootreizen, treinreizen, vliegreizen, overnachtingen en catering, worden verplichtingen direct ten name van de opdrachtgever en/of de deelnemer aangegaan. De opdrachtgever en/of de deelnemer vrijwaren Global Network Group. In geval van een annulering is de opdrachtgever en/of de deelnemer zelf verantwoordelijk voor de annulering, indien mogelijk, van het arrangement. De acceptatie door Global Network Group van een tijdige annulering van de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus ontslaat de opdrachtgever en/of deelnemer dan ook niet van de door hem aangegane verplichtingen jegens het arrangement.

9.8

Staying away from a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop as well as not logging in on and/or not opening ‘publications (educational materials)’ in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group, will not be considered to be an annulment, cancellation or termination of the activity, CPD program, training session or workshop.

Het wegblijven bij een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus alsmede het niet inloggen en/of niet openen van ‘werken (leermiddelen)” binnen de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group wordt niet aangemerkt als annuleren, opzeggen of beëindigen van de activiteit, CPD programma.

9.9

Annulment, cancellation or termination should take place in writing. Annulment, cancellation and termination should take place before the first working day of the next working week.

At all times, the agreement will be annulled immediately after demise of the participant. The mutual rights and obligations at demise as arising from this agreement will end as soon as annulment has taken place.

Annuleren, opzeggen of beëindigen kan uitsluitend schriftelijk geschieden. Annuleren, opzeggen en beëindigen is uitsluitend mogelijk tegen de eerste werkdag van de opvolgende werkweek. De overeenkomst wordt te allen tijde onmiddellijk ontbonden bij het overlijden van de deelnemer. De wederzijdse rechten en verplichtingen bij overlijden zoals voortvloeiende uit deze overeenkomst eindigen zodra deze is ontbonden.

Global Network Group reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the activity, CPD program, training session or workshop should the number of participants be insufficient. In this case, cancellation should take place not later than five working days prior to the starting date, or on an even shorter notice in case of special circumstances. Participants will be notified of this cancellation in time. Training costs that have already been paid will be refunded as soon as possible, unless new training dates have been determined in consultation with the client and/or customer and/or participant. At all times, Global Network Group is entitled to replace trainers responsible for implementation of the activity, CPD program with other trainers, prior to the starting date or during a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop.

9.13

Furthermore, Global Network Group is entitled to move a training or activity, CPD program to a different location, in which case participants will be notified as soon as possible. In case a participant has already made reservations at the initial location, Global Network Group will mediate between the participant and the organization concerned.

9.14

If need be, Global Network Group may deviate from the maximum group size and the number of supervising trainers as stated in its brochures and on its website.

All timetables, book lists and lists of literature have been offered under the explicit reservation that they are subject to alteration. CHANGING DATES, POSTPONEMENT, REPLACEMENT Upon request, but no later than one month prior to the starting date, it is possible for participants to change the dates of a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop free of charge and to attend the same activity, CPD program, training session or workshop at a later date.

Global Network Group behoudt zich het recht voor de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus bij onvoldoende deelnemers geheel of gedeeltelijk te annuleren tot vijf werkdagen voor de start van de activiteit, CPD programma, of in geval van bijzondere omstandigheden op nog kortere termijn. De deelnemers zullen tijdig van deze annulering op de hoogte worden gesteld. Het reeds betaalde cursusgeld zal zo spoedig mogelijk worden teruggestort, tenzij in overleg met de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer c.q. deelnemer nieuwe opleidingsdata worden vastgesteld. Global Network Group houdt te allen tijde de vrijheid trainers die zijn belast met de uitvoering van de activiteit, CPD programma, voor aanvang of tussentijds, te vervangen door andere trainers. Het staat Global Network Group voorts vrij om een training of activiteit, CPD programma te verplaatsen naar een andere accommodatie, in welk geval de deelnemers daarover zo spoedig mogelijk zullen worden geïnformeerd. Indien een deelnemer reeds een arrangement in de oude accommodatie had geboekt, zal Global Network Group bemiddelen met de betreffende organisatie. Indien de omstandigheden dat nodig maken, kan Global Network Group afwijken van de in haar brochures en op haar website aangegeven maximale groepsgrootte en het aantal begeleidende trainers. Alle roosters, boekenlijsten en literatuuropgaven zijn aangeboden onder nadrukkelijk voorbehoud van wijziging. VERPLAATSEN, UITSTELLEN, VERVANGEN Tot één maand voor de aanvang van een training kan een deelnemer zonder extra kosten aan Global Network Group verzoeken om in plaats van de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus waarvoor de deelnemer staat ingeschreven, te mogen deelnemen aan dezelfde activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus met een latere startdatum.




10.2

In case such a request is made later than one calendar month prior to the starting date of the activity, CPD program, training session or workshop, administrative costs to the amount of € 150.00 will be charged.

A change of starting date referred to in the two previous clauses does not affect the participant’s original obligation to pay. Global Network Group will notify the participant in writing of its decision with respect to the request.

A participant who is unable to attend may put forward a replacement free of charge prior to the starting date of the activity, CPD program or training, on condition that in the opinion of Global Network Group he or she meets the admission requirements. Replacement at or after the starting date of the activity, CPD program or training is not allowed. In case of an option on participation in a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop, the client and/or customer and/or participant should turn this option into a final enrolment not later than one calendar month prior to the starting date. If he or she fails to do so, the option will expire, after which no rights can be derived from it. PAYMENTS Payment must be received not later than one calendar month prior to the starting date of the activity, CPD program, training session or workshop or prior to the date and time on which the participant or client or third party on behalf of the participant logs in for the first time on or opens the ‘publications (educational materials)’ in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group. Payments should exclusively be made by bank transfer, credit card (as far as the credit card concerned is used or accepted by Global Network Group) or internet payment. Payments in cash will not be accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge; the surcharge is made up of the costs charged to Global Network Group by the credit card company plus the administrative costs of Global Network Group.

Indien een dergelijk verzoek als bedoeld in het vorige lid korter dan één kalendermaand voor de aanvang van de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus wordt gedaan zal een bedrag van € 150,- aan administratiekosten in rekening worden gebracht. Een wijziging van de startdatum als bedoeld in de vorige twee leden laat de oorspronkelijke betalingsverplichting van de deelnemer onverlet. Global Network Group bericht de verzoeker schriftelijk met betrekking tot haar besluit over het verzoek. Een verhinderde cursist kan kosteloos voor de aanvang van de training of activiteit, CPD programma een vervanger aanmelden, mits deze naar het oordeel van Global Network Group aan de toelatingscriteria voldoet. Vervanging bij of na het begin van de training of activiteit, CPD programma is niet toegestaan. Indien een optie is genomen op deelname aan een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus dient de opdrachtgever en/of afnemer c.q. de deelnemer deze optie uiterlijk één kalendermaand voor aanvang om te zetten in een definitieve aanmelding, bij gebreke waarvan de optie vervalt en daaraan geen rechten meer kunnen worden ontleend. BETALINGEN De betaling dient uiterlijk één kalendermaand voor de aanvang van de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus te zijn ontvangen of voor de dag en tijd waarop de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever of een derde namens de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever, voor de eerste keer inlogt binnen of de “werken (leermiddelen)” opent in de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group. Betaling geschiedt uitsluitend door middel van bankoverschrijving, creditcard betaling (voor zover de betreffende credit card wordt gevoerd of geaccepteerd door Global Network Group) of internet betaling. Contante betalingen worden niet aanvaard. Voor credit card betalingen geldt een toeslag; de toeslag bestaat uit de doorbelasting van de kosten die de credit card maatschappij aan Global Network Group in rekening brengt vermeerderd met de administratiekosten van Global Network Group.

In case of enrolment within one calendar month prior to, or after the actual starting date of the activity, CPD program, training session or workshop, or in case of logging in on the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group or in case ‘publications (educational materials)’ are opened in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group, the training costs must be paid immediately. In case the full payment has not been received prior to the starting date of the activity, CPD program or training, Global Network Group is entitled to deny the participant in question access to the activity, CPD program or training, in which case, however, the participant's obligation to pay remains in full force. OTHER PROVISIONS PART B: EDUCATION & CPD PROGRAM LIVING COSTS Activity, CPD program fees and training costs are not the same as living costs. Living costs are always stated separately and charged extra to the client and/or customer.

12.2

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS AND OFFICIAL DAYS OFF

12.2.1

Whenever possible, we take national holidays and official days off into account. However, we must emphasize that this cannot be guaranteed. The holidays and days off referred to could be scheduled. No rights can be derived from such holidays and days off with respect to cancellation, termination and absence.

12.2.2

Whenever possible, accredited professional training institutes will take important dates for the sector or branch into account, such as dates of job fairs, exhibitions and the like. However, we cannot guarantee this. The dates referred to could be scheduled. No rights can be derived from such dates with respect to annulment, cancellation, termination and absence.

12.2.3

Both working days and weekends may be considered as training days.

Bij inschrijvingen korter dan één kalendermaand voor of bij inschrijvingen na de feitelijke aanvang van de activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus of indien wordt ingelogd binnen de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group of indien “werken (leermiddelen)” worden geopend in de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group dient het opleidingsgeld per direct te worden voldaan. Indien voor aanvang van de training of activiteit, CPD programma niet de volledige betaling is ontvangen, is Global Network Group gerechtigd de betreffende deelnemer de toegang tot de training of activiteit, CPD programma te ontzeggen, in welk geval diens verplichting tot betaling echter onverminderd van kracht blijft. OVERIGE BEPALINGEN DEEL B: ONDERWIJS & CPD PROGRAM ARRANGEMENTSKOSTEN Opleidingskosten en opleidingsgeld zijn niet hetzelfde als arrangementskosten. Arrangementskosten worden altijd apart vermeld en apart aan de opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer in rekening gebracht. BIJZONDERE DAGEN Zoveel als mogelijk wordt rekening gehouden met de door de overheid vastgestelde vakanties en officiële vrije dagen. Dit kan echter nadrukkelijk niet worden gegarandeerd. Bedoelde vakanties en vrije dagen kunnen worden ingeroosterd. Aan dergelijke vakanties en dagen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend ten aanzien van annuleren, opzeggen en verzuim. Bij erkende beroepsopleidingen wordt zoveel als mogelijk rekening gehouden met voor de sector of branche belangrijke dagen zoals ondermeer beursdagen, tentoonstellingsdagen en dergelijke. Dit kan echter nadrukkelijk niet worden gegarandeerd. Bedoelde dagen kunnen worden ingeroosterd. Aan dergelijke dagen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend ten aanzien van annuleren, opzeggen en verzuim. Zowel werkdagen als weekeinde dagen kunnen worden aangemerkt als opleidingsdagen.

BOOKS Book lists will be provided. Book lists indicate whether or not syllabi, books and readers are included in the training costs. In case a syllabus, book or reader is not prescribed and is not provided by Global Network Group, participants will be obliged to purchase the item in question in time and on their own account. EXAMS Examination fees and participation fees for exam training are not included in the training costs, unless stated otherwise. Examination fees may be collected by Global Network Group or the external examination office or the external examination organization. EXAM CERTIFICATE If a participant has passed an exam, a digital exam certificate will be placed on his/her personal page in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group. MISSED LESSONS

12.6.1

In case participants have missed part of a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop, they may be expected to catch up on the missed lessons in order to receive a proof of participation from Global Network Group and/or be admitted to the exam.

12.6.2

If a activity, CPD program, training session or workshop consists of several parts, units or sessions, catching up on missed lessons in a different group is not possible.

12.6.3

In case a participant misses a unit, lesson or session, he or she may be denied admission to the next unit, lesson or session or may not be able to start the follow-up. In this case, the possibility to follow a different activity, CPD program or training will be considered in consulation with the participant. At all times, the cancellation regulations of Global Network Group stated in these General Terms and Conditions will remain in full force. Costs arising from compensation for missed lessons will be for the account of the participant.

BOEKEN Boekenlijsten worden verstrekt. Uit de boekenlijst blijkt welke syllabi, boeken, readers wel of niet in het opleidingsgeld zijn inbegrepen. Indien een syllabus, boek, reader als verplicht is aangemerkt en niet door Global Network Group wordt verstrekt is de deelnemer gehouden zelf voor eigen rekening en tijdig het bedoelde item aan te schaffen. EXAMENS Het examengeld en het deelnamegeld voor de examentrainingen is niet bij het opleidingsgeld inbegrepen tenzij anders vermeld. Examengeld kan door Global Network Group of het externe examenbureau of de externe examenorganisatie worden geïnd. EXAMENCERTIFICAAT In de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group wordt op de persoonlijke pagina van de deelnemer een digitaal examencertificaat geplaatst indien de deelnemer is geslaagd. GEMISTE LESSEN Ingeval cursisten een onderdeel van een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus hebben gemist, kan worden verlangd dat zij het gemiste onderdeel inhalen om een bewijs van deelname van Global Network Group te ontvangen en/of de toegang tot het examen te verkrijgen. Bij een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus die uit meer onderdelen, blokken of bijeenkomsten bestaat, is het inhalen van gemiste onderdelen bij een andere groep niet mogelijk. Indien bij een activiteit, CPD programma, training of cursus een blok, les of contactmoment wordt gemist kan de toegang tot de/het volgende blok, les of contactmoment worden ontzegd of niet aan het vervolg worden begonnen. In dat geval kan in overleg met de cursist worden bekeken of een andere training of activiteit, CPD programma gevolgd kan worden. De in deze Algemene Voorwaarden vermelde annuleringsregeling van Global Network Group blijft te allen tijde onverminderd van toepassing. De kosten die voortvloeien uit het compenseren van de gemiste onderdelen komen voor rekening van de deelnemer.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE If a participant wishes to make a complaint about the quality of the activity or the CPD Program and/or is of the opinion that Global Network Group does not fulfil the obligations arising from the agreement, he/she may enlist in writing mediation by the conciliation service of the CEO and/or the Advisory Board of Global Network Group. CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION If a participant has attended at least 75% of the lessons, a digital certificate of participation will be placed on his/her personal page in the examination and learning internet application of Global Network Group.

KLACHTENREGELING Indien de deelnemer klachten heeft over de kwaliteit van de activiteit of CPD programma en/of meent dat Global Network Group de verplichtingen voortvloeiend uit de overeenkomst niet nakomt, kan schriftelijk de bemiddeling van de CEO en/of de Adviesraad van Global Network Group ingeroepen worden. VERKLARING VAN DEELNAME In de examen- en leer internet applicatie van Global Network Group wordt op de persoonlijke pagina van de deelnemer een digitale verklaring van deelname geplaatst indien de deelnemer minimaal 75% van de lessen heeft bijgewoond.

PART C: CERTIFICATION & REGISTRATION SERVICES ENROLMENT, ANNULMENT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, ALTERATION Global Network Group may stipulate further conditions regarding, among other things, delivery, participation, (re)registration, (re)certification, (re)entry at the (prospective) client and/or customer and/ or agency. At enrolment, the client and/or customer commits himself to following the entire registration and certification or the agency, as stated in the assignment, enrolment, agreement or registration in the internet application of Global Network Group. Each network enrolment and participation, registration or certification is effected for at least the remaining period of the current calendar year and the next calendar year. Despite the moment of participation, registration or certification the entire annual costs of participation are due and no costs are to be paid back or refunded.

13.4

Cancellation of the participation, registration or certification free of charge is possible until the receipt of the completed application form for the requested service(s). Any costs of participation paid in advance will be refunded.

13.5

Premature cancellation is impossible. A refund of participation costs, once-off costs and annual fees is ruled out.

13.6

Annulment, cancellation or termination should take place in writing. Annulment, cancellation and termination should take place before the first working day of the next calendar year.

13.7

At all times, the agreement will be annulled immediately after demise of the participant. The mutual rights and obligations at demise as arising from this agreement will end as soon as annulment has taken place.

DEEL C: REGISTRATIE & CERTIFICERING DIENSTEN INSCHRIJVING, ANNULEREN, OPZEGGEN, BEËINDIGEN, WIJZIGEN Global Network Group kan aan de (kandidaat) opdrachtgever en/of afnemer en/of agentschap nadere voorwaarden stellen met betrekking tot onder meer levering, deelname, (her)registratie, (her)certificering, (her)toetreding. De opdrachtgever en/of de afnemer verbindt zich bij inschrijving voor de gehele registratie en certificering of het agentschap zoals blijkt uit de opdracht, inschrijving, overeenkomst of registratie binnen de internet applicatie van Global Network Group. Iedere inschrijving en deelname, registratie en certificering komt tenminste tot stand voor de resterende periode van het lopende kalenderjaar en het opvolgende kalenderjaar. Ongeacht het moment in het lopende kalenderjaar van inschrijving, registratie of certificering geldt dat het jaarlijkse deelnamegeld is verschuldigd en dat geen restitutie wordt verleend. Kostenloze annulering van de deelname, registratie of certificering is mogelijk tot de ontvangst van het ingevulde aanmeldingsformulier voor de gevraagde dienst(en). Eventueel vooruit betaalde deelname gelden worden gerestitueerd. Tussentijdse annulering is uitgesloten. Restitutie van deelname gelden, jaarlijkse bijdragen en 1malige bijdragen is uitgesloten. Annuleren, opzeggen of beëindigen kan uitsluitend schriftelijk geschieden. Annuleren, opzeggen en beëindigen is uitsluitend mogelijk tegen de eerste werkdag van het opvolgende kalenderjaar. De overeenkomst wordt te allen tijde onmiddellijk ontbonden bij het overlijden van de deelnemer. De wederzijdse rechten en verplichtingen bij overlijden zoals voortvloeiende uit deze overeenkomst eindigen zodra deze is ontbonden.

Global Network Group reserves the right to fully or partially cancel a registration or certification scheme should the number of certificateholders be insufficient. Participants will be notified of this cancellation in time. Refunds are ruled out.

13.9

At all times, Global Network Group is entitled to replace advisers, supervisors, and supervising assistants responsible for implementation of the registration and certificationprocedures and processes prior to the start or during, with other advisers, supervisors, and supervising assistants.

13.10

Furthermore, Global Network Group is entitled to change registration and certification procedures, processes and titles, in which case participants will be notified as soon as possible.

If need be, Global Network Group may deviate from the information and services as stated in its brochures and on its website.

PAYMENTS Payment has to be made one calendar month prior to the start of the registration of certification year or prior to the day and time on which the participant or the client and/or customer or a third party on behalf of the participant or the client and/or customer, logs on for the first time or opens “publications” in the internet application of Global Network Group. Payments should exclusively be made by bank transfer, credit card (as far as the credit card concerned is used or accepted by Global Network Group) or internet payment. Payments in cash will not be accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge; the surcharge is made up of the costs charged to Global Network Group by the credit card company plus the administrative costs of Global Network Group.

Global Network Group behoudt zich het recht voor een registratie of certificatie schema bij onvoldoende deelname geheel of gedeeltelijk te annuleren. De certificaathouders zullen tijdig van deze annulering op de hoogte worden gesteld. Er vindt geen restitutie van bijdragen plaats. Global Network Group houdt te allen tijde de vrijheid adviseurs, begeleiders en begeleidende medewerkers die zijn belast met de uitvoering van de registratie- en certificeringsprocedures en processen, voor aanvang of tussentijds, te vervangen door andere adviseurs, begeleiders en begeleidende medewerkers. Het staat Global Network Group voorts vrij om registratie en certificeringsprocedures, processen en titels te wijzigen, in welk geval de deelnemers daarover zo spoedig mogelijk zullen worden geïnformeerd. Indien de omstandigheden dat nodig maken, kan Global Network Group afwijken van de in haar brochures en op haar website aangegeven informatie en diensten. BETALINGEN De betaling dient uiterlijk één kalendermaand voor de aanvang van het registratie of certificering te zijn ontvangen of voor de dag en tijd waarop de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever of een derde namens de deelnemer of de opdrachtgever, voor de eerste keer inlogt binnen of de “werken” opent in de internet applicatie van Global Network Group. Betaling geschiedt uitsluitend door middel van bankoverschrijving, creditcard betaling (voor zover de betreffende credit card wordt gevoerd of geaccepteerd door Global Network Group) of internet betaling. Contante betalingen worden niet aanvaard. Voor credit card betalingen geldt een toeslag; de toeslag bestaat uit de doorbelasting van de kosten die de credit card maatschappij aan Global Network Group in rekening brengt vermeerderd met de administratiekosten van Global Network Group.

In case of enrolment for registration or certification or in case of logging in on or in case of opening “publications” in the internet application of Global Network Group, the costs of participation must be paid in advance. In case the full payment has not been received prior to the start of the registration or certification year Global Network Group is entitled to deny the participant in question access to the registration, certification and all related services , in which case, however, the participant’s obligation to pay remains in full force. POSITION GLOBAL NETWORK GROUP Global Network Group aims at forming a international network of and for people, companies and organizations. To this end, participants will pay the annual fees for registration and certification per calendar year. Global Network Group is not a franchise organization.

Global Network Group is not responsible and/or liable for the activities of the participant.

Global Network Group distinguishes as services: - Providing its network participants with a private and protected title and the procedure requirements and related modeldocuments; - Realizing umbrella agreements and collective contracts for the benefit of its network participants; - Providing its network participants with general and technical support services and products; - Facilitating international cooperation between both the network participants themselves and their external environment.

Bij de eerste registratie en certificering of indien wordt ingelogd binnen de internet applicatie van Global Network Group of indien “werken” worden geopend in de internet applicatie van Global Network Group dient het deelname geld vooruit te worden voldaan. Indien voor aanvang van het registratie of certificeringsjaar niet de volledige betaling is ontvangen, is Global Network Group gerechtigd de betreffende deelnemer de toegang tot de registratie, de certificering en alle hieraan verbonden diensten te ontzeggen, in welk geval diens verplichting tot betaling echter onverminderd van kracht blijft. POSITIE GLOBAL NETWORK GROUP Global Network Group heeft tot het doel het vormen van een internationaal netwerk van en voor personen, bedrijven en organisaties. Hiertoe betalen de deelnemers per kalenderjaar een jaarlijkse registratie of certificeringsbijdrage. Global Network Group is geen franchise organisatie. Global Network Group is niet verantwoordelijk en/of aansprakelijk voor de activiteiten van de deelnemer. Global Network Group onderscheidt als diensten: - Het aan haar deelnemers leveren van een private beschermde titel en de procedure vereisten met bijbehorende modeldocumenten; - Het ten behoeve van haar netwerk deelnemers realiseren van koepelovereenkomsten en collectieve contracten; - Het aan haar netwerk deelnemers leveren van facilitaire diensten en producten; - Het faciliteren van internationale samenwerking zowel tussen de netwerk deelnemers onderling als met hun externe omgeving.

The participant is entirely independent, practises business activities out of his/her own independent legal entity and is as such registered at the chamber of commerce or is connected to such an independent legal entity.

All the participant’s activities are executed by the participant entirely at his/her own account and risk and are in no way related to Global Network Group. As far as his/her own business activities are concerned, the participant enters an agreement with the client(s) and/or customer himself/herself. In this agreement(s), Global Network Group is no contracting party. The participant is obliged to assess all specimen modeldocuments himself/herself and to transform them into his/her own company documents and the participant indemnifies Global Network Group of all liability and responsibility. The participant indemnifies the network of all liability and responsibility regardingall of his/her own business activities. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE If a participant wishes to make a complaint about the quality of the network and/or is of the opinion that Global Network Group does not fulfil the obligations arising from the agreement, he/she may enlist in writing mediation by the CEO or the Advisory Board of Global Network Group. THE PARTICIPANT The word ‘participant’ includes: the (candidate) certificateholder, the (candidate) registered individual or company, the (candidate) agent, the (candidate) agency, the examinee.

POSITIE NETWERK DEELNEMER De deelnemer is geen franchise nemer. De deelnemer is volledig zelfstandig, oefent de bedrijfsactiviteiten uit vanuit de eigen zelfstandige juridische entiteit en is als zodanig ingeschreven in de kamer van koophandel of wel is verbonden aan een dergelijke zelfstandige juridische entiteit. Alle activiteiten van de deelnemer worden door de deelnemer geheel voor eigen rekening en risico uitgevoerd en staan los van Global Network Group. De deelnemer sluit voor wat betreft de eigen bedrijfsactiviteiten zelf een overeenkomst met de eigen opdrachtgever(s). Global Network Group is geen partij in deze overeenkomst(en). De deelnemer is gehouden alle modeldocumenten zelf te beoordelen en om te vormen tot eigen bedrijfsdocumenten en vrijwaart Global Network Group ter zake voor alle aansprakelijkheid en verantwoordelijkheid. De deelnemer vrijwaart het netwerk voor alle aansprakelijkheid en verantwoordelijk met betrekking tot alle eigen bedrijfsactiviteiten.
