May 23 – 25, 2014 – Rosmalen, Netherlands – TRE™ Level I Workshop (mainly English spoken, partly Dutch for proper translation) This workshop is open to anyone. Professionals who also want to practice TRE to clients, this Level 1 training will be the 1st step for Level I Certification We are glad to invite you to this intensive weekend centered around self-healing and self-development with TRE. The weekend will be very practical and is open to anyone – with or without a therapeutic background. Goal The goal is to deepen your personal process and to help you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will explore the theory behind the model, see the highlights below. The way we work There will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide you in developing your skills so you can begin to support other people through the exercises. By completing the follow up requirements for the Level I certification process you will be certified to teach the exercises to other individuals. Program highlights: •

23-25 mei 2014 – Rosmalen (‘s-Hertogenbosch) – TRE™ Level I Workshop De training wordt voornamelijk gegeven in het Engels. Bij onduidelijkheid kan vertaald worden in het Nederlands. De workshop is voor iedereen De workshop is zeer praktisch van aard, voor iedereen toegankelijk, ook zonder therapeutische achtergrond. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die zich in korte tijd verder willen ontwikkelen en hun persoonlijk proces middels TRE een flinke boost willen geven. Je krijgt een mooi instrument aangereikt voor zelfheling. Daarbij is deze training voor professionals de opstap om zich te certificeren voor L1. Doel van de training Het doel van de training is om je persoonlijk process te verdiepen en te ervaren wat de tremoren (trillingen) met je doen. Elke ochtend en middag doen we een TRE sessie en begeleiden we je in alle oefeningen. Werkwijze We verkennen de theorie achter de methodiek, laten filmpjes zien en is er ruim voldoende tijd voor het stellen van vragen en om elkaars ervaringen te delen. We zorgen voor een veilige en prettige werksfeer. Je hoeft niets te delen wat je niet wilt delen. We geven je ook een eerste ervaring hoe het is om een ander te begeleiden in TRE. Marc Doomernik , Daan Timmers and Deva Laya Guleng MARC DOOMERNIK is a well experienced trainer in both profit and non-‐profit organizations since 2001. Leveraging his prior ten years of experience as sales executive in a Dutch Telecoms company, he has designed and taught new approaches to leadership, personal effectiveness and communication to hundreds of executives. Clients describe Marc as “Possessing a lot of knowledge, practical, open-‐minded, honest, smart, alert, caring, someone with a fine sense of humor who approaches difficult problems in a light-‐hearted way” Marc’s training includes NLP, Systemic Work, Family and Organizational Constellations, Solution Focused Coaching,PMA (Progressive Mental Alignment) , TA, RET, and TRE (Tension Release Exercises). Daan Timmers: More than a decade Daan is active as a movement therapist and yoga teacher. She helped many people having physical complaints related to posture, like issues in lower back, neck, arms (RSI) and pelvis. “It has always been grateful work, helping people understand the way to pain-‐free-‐ movement and making them more aware about what is happening in their body. Still I knew there had to be more.”As a curious person Daan has been studying the body and its “Natural Alignment” for the last 13 years. Her search has covered Critical Alignment Yoga and Therapy, Somatic yoga, Restorative Exercise™ and TRE™. Studying TRE™ was like finding a missing link: a natural way to release tension, accessible for everybody, no need to go into stories and you can do it yourself. It enables people to manage their own stress level. In the Yoga Lab Studio, downtown Amsterdam, Daan offers movement therapy, yoga and TRE™ in general classes, private sessions as well as workshops. Deva Laya: is a TRE™ Level III trainer, working with TRE™ since 2010. Throughout her career, Deva Laya has led retreats in self-‐development, meditation, inner guidance work, healing and self-‐empowerment, mainly in Norway and Sweden. She is a certified trainer with David Berceli and she has a diploma in natural therapies (massage, acupressure etc.). She is highly dedicated to leading individuals and groups through the TRE™ while providing strong grounding and passionate support.
