Introduction
The World Health Organization (WHO) - the coordinating authority specialized for HEALTH within the United Nations (UN) system; with responsibilities areas: • Providing leadership on matters critical to health and engaging in partnerships where joint action is needed; • Shaping the research agenda and stimulating the generation, translation, and dissemination of valuable knowledge; • Setting norms and standards and promoting and monitoring their implementation; • Articulating ethical and evidence-based policy options; • Providing technical support, catalyzing change, and building sustainable institutional capacity; and • Monitoring the health situation 3 and assessing health trends.
OVERALL GOALS OF WHO INDONESIA • Continue to be to improve the health of the people of Indonesia by supporting health development and an effective response to urgent needs, advocating health promoting policies, raising awareness of neglected public health priorities and providing technical leadership in collaboration with the government, donor partners, professional organization and other actors in health. 4
• WHO will strive to align its activities with the national agenda and work towards a more equitable and efficient health system that recognizes health in Indonesia as a shared resource and a shared responsibility; • WHO will also help the country share its experiences with other countries, regionally as well as globally, by offering platforms and mechanism for exchange

WHO’s strategy objective Key objective of WHO’s strategy will be to work with other development partners to support the government in narrowing the gap between policy intentions and policy implementation, and in supporting the new platform for health to secure a more equitable, efficient health system, including a responsive and fair financing of a decentralized health system. 6
PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM MODUL

LATAR BELAKANG •
Global Health Policy setiap negara wajib mengadopsi dengan menyesuaikan kebijakan nasional;

Salah satunya adalah akreditasi RS Indonesia mengadopsi Standard Akreditasi International Joint Commision International (JCI);
•
Pelayanan gizi menjadi salah satu komponen yang penting untuk mengurangi “length of stay” pasien di RS
dan “patient safety” 8
LATAR BELAKANG •
Nutritonist/Dietetsien (Permenkes 23 / 2013) dituntut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan agar bisa berperan sebagai anggota tim asuhan gizi dan profesi mandiri yang profesional;

Perlunya pedoman pelatihan untuk meningkatkan
kemampuan Nutritonist/Dietetsien yang terakreditasi oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Kurikulum dan Modul Pelatihan PAGT 9
Filosofi Pelatihan •
Pelatihan PAGT bagi Nutrisionis/Dietesien di fasyankes dilaksanakan dengan prinsip andragogy (pebelajaran bagi orang dewasa);
•
Pelatihan berorientasi bagi peserta (participant based) peserta sudah mempunyai modal awal pemahaman tentang PAGT;

Pelatihan dilaksanakan berbasis kompetensi yang memungkinkan peserta mencapai penguasan materi, peningkatan keterampilan dan mendapatkan penilaian keberhasilan pencapaian
kompetensi; •
Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan konsep learning by doing and learning by experiences.

Kriteria peserta: • Nutrisionis/Dietesien yang bekerja di fasyankes dan mempunyai komitmen u ntuk mengikuti pelatihan secara penuh (100 %); • Ditugaskan oleh pimpinan institusi; • Bersedia mengikuti peraturan yang ditetapkan.

Sertifikat Sertifikat diberikan kepada peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan (100 %) kehadiran, sertifikat diberikan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan dengan angka kredit sebesar 1 (satu).
