Kelas 08 PIT / Kelompok 6 Abstrak Dewasa ini, agar perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis diperlukan strategi bisnis yang tepat. Salah satunya yang kini sedang marak adalah penjualan online atau yang lebih dikenal dengan bisnis elektronik (e-Business). PT Harrisma Agung Jaya masih banyak menggunakan cara manual dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, maka perlu dibuat aplikasi penjualan berbasis web pada PT Harrisma Agung Jaya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan internet untuk mempermudah penjualan produk dan penyebaran informasi pada PT Harrisma Agung Jaya. Mengingat saat ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang memanfaatkan internet untuk melakukan bisnisnya. Langkah – langkah metode penelitian yang dilakukan antara lain menganalisa sistem yang sudah ada, merencanakan sistem pelayanan dan menyelesaikan dengan strategi bisnis, merancang aplikasi e-Business, membangun aplikasi e-Business, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Manfaat yang diperoleh bagi para customer adalah mudahnya memperoleh informasi produk yang diinginkan dan kemudahan berbelanja, sedangkan bagi perusahaan dapat memperluas pangsa pasar dan memudahkan dalam menangani pesanan dan kritik saran dari customer. Sistem penjualan ini diharapkan dapat sejalan dengan visi dan misi perusahaan dan perlu dikembangkan seiring bertambahnya kebutuhan customer. Kata Kunci : Internet, e-Business, sistem penjualan, web.
