Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pengembangan Kurikulum, Pendidikan Akidah Akhlak Manajemen adalah merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin, dan mengendalikan usaha anggota organisasi serta pendayagunaan seluruh sumber daya organisasi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan Pengembangan kurikulum adalah proses perencanaan kurikulum agar menghasilkan rencana kurikulum yang luas dan spesifik. Pendidikan Akidah Akhlak di Madrasah Tsanawiyah sebagai bagian integral dari pendidikan Agama, memang bukan satu-satunya faktor yang menentukan dalam pembentukan watak dan kepribadian peserta didik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Alasan apakah yang mendasari pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Akidah Akhlaq di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar? 2) Mengapa komponen kurikulum dikembangkan di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar? 3) Bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Akidah Akhlaq di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar? 4) Bagaimana implikasi pengamalan kurikulum di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mesdeskripsikan alasan yang mendasari pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. 2) Mendeskripsikan komponen kurikulum yang dikembangkan di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. 3) Menjelaskan bagaimana manajeman pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Akidah Aklak di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. 4) Memaparkan implikasi pengamalan kurikulum di MTs Satu Atap Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. Adapun yang menjadi manfaat dalam penelitian ini adalah: untuk menjadikan proses pendidikan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Pelaksanaan Pengembangan kurikulum ini diharapkan pula dapat membantu mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran dengan lebih baik. Pendidikan akhlak membrikan kontribusi positif dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa. Pola penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian grounded theory. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs SA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar dengan 3 kali pertemuan. Materi yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah terkait manajemen pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan akidah akhlak.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan akidah akhlak MTs SA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar dalam proses pembelajarannya tidak hanya menginformasikan materi terkait akhlak, akan tetapi juga bagaimana mengamalkan materi tersebut. Pengamalan dari materi yang telah disampaikan tidak hanya berlaku di dalam kelas saja, melainkan juga pada saat berada dalam lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat.

The purpose of this study were: 1) Describe the reasons underlying the development of the curriculum of Islamic education in Islamic Junior High School One Roof Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. 2) Describe the components of the curriculum developed at Islamic Junior High School One Roof Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. 3) Explain how the management of the implementation of curriculum development Education Aqeedah Akhlak in Islamic Junior High School One Roof Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. 4) Describe the implications of the practice curriculum in Islamic Junior High School One Roof Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar. As for the benefits of this research are: to make the educational process becomes better again. Implementation of this curriculum development is also expected to help streamline the learning process better. Moral education make a positive contribution in the formation of the personality of students. The pattern of research used in this study is qualitative and use this type of research grounded theory. This research was conducted in Islamic Junior High School One Roof Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar with 3 meetings. The material covered in this study is related to management of curriculum development in moral theology.

These results indicate that the development of the educational curriculum of moral theology Islamic Junior High School One Roof Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sawahan Blitar in the learning process not only informs related materials morals, but also how to practice the material. Practice of the material that has been delivered not only applies in the classroom, but also when in the school environment and the community.
