4. Tujuan : a. Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kerangka konseptual / teori manajemen stratejik sehingga mampu melakukan suatu penelitian di bidang manajemen bisnis dalam rangka pengembangan ilmu. b. Meningkatkan kemampuan dalam merumuskan dan menganalisa masalah manajemen stratejik sehingga mampu memecahkan masalah bisnis baik tingkat fungsional , bisnis, maupun korporat. 5. Metode Pengajaran : a. Penyampaian materi tentang konsep, teori, hasil penelitian, kasus-kasus manajemen stratejik, dikaitkan dengan kondisi yang sedang berkembang. b.
