The entertainment was so bad: they should fire them all. There was too much noise in the hotel neighbourhood. We chose the hotel, as it was recommended to us by our travel agent as being an ideal holiday destination for a family of 4 with teenagers, but it was horrible, and we could not wait to get home. It's been a terrible experience. Foresee more staff at the check-in. Make the hotel rooms bigger. We had to wait hours to get tickets. The order process needs a makeover. The slopes were not good. Staff was unfriendly, replace them. I like to get all information at my arrival The swimming pool was dirty. Clean it up. The aircon was so noisy, we could not use it. It should be repaired. The service was rude and we had to wait to check-in because no one was there. We had to wait hours at the airport. They should improve the transport. Longer networking posibilities Museum rates should be lowered. Hotel rooms should be bigger It is the worst resort ever. Better swimming pool There was not enough snow. They should better use snow cannons. Weather was bad This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - it should be called Fawlty Towers. The service was weak. Staff should be more polite. The hotel is enormous, with supposingly endless facilities, but it was dirty, noisy, and nothing seemed to run properly. The hotel was too noisy: improve the insulation. We liked the main beach but the watersports beach was smelly and disappointing. Cheaper activities Better sports materials I broke my ankle and there was no hospital! Very safe venue for children and families Best hotel ever! The service is phenomenal. The staff was warm,friendlyand accommodating. From the start to finish the customer service was top notch. Everyone was amazing. The rooms are big and spacious and the air con is a life saver. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice as it had beautiful grounds, nice hotel rooms, polite staff, and good food. The entertainment team are fantastic The location of this hotel is perfect for a trip to Manhattan. I really enjoyed visiting the parks Disneyland Paris was terrific. The hotel restaurant was great. Such a romantic city! Everyone should see Paris Ibiza is THE party island! The best shops in the world

Reception area is lovely and welcoming and the staff were brill! - rooms are clean and bathrooms really nice! The location is perfect. Great place and wonderful location. The cruise was very relaxing The south of France is wonderful. It was the best holiday ever. The scenery All the staff at this hotel were polite and always welcoming and again nothing was a problem Lovely housekeeper of the bed and breakfast Sagrada Familia So many different kinds of birds The weather was awesome Air quality The staff were friendly, the animacion team were amazing and the food was great New York was impressive! The accomodation was spot on. Everything about it was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Food was good with plenty of choice.

Il faut prévoir plus de temps libre dans le planning. Le buffet dans le restaurant n'était pas top. Nous avions une chambre assez fatiguée et petite (mais nous nous y attendions) qui ne valait certainement pas le prix que nous avons payé ! Non que cet hôtel soit mauvais, entendons-nous bien, mais pour une telle somme on s’attend à mieux ! L'hôtel mériterait un contrôle technique et sanitaire sérieux. Le personnel de service semble perdu, à croire qu'ils viennent juste de commencer à travailler... Hôtel froid, mal isolé, impossible d'avoir des couvertures supplémentaires même après des demandes répétées. Bel hôtel mais avec un personnel incompétent peu souriant et pas à l'écoute. Restauration de cantine, propreté moyenne, un rapport qualité prix minable. Bref ce type d'établissement ne mérite pas ses étoiles. Des meilleures places dans l'avion. Augmenter le niveau de service Il faut remplacer le train par un avion pour y aller. Un guide qui parle francais. Moins d'attente, plus d'activités Il faut améliorer la qualité du restaurant. Antibes est la 'place to be' Les pistes de neige étaient top. Les meilleurs pistes de neige Le service était top! Je conseille visiter Paris à tout le monde. Tout le monde doit avoir vu Paris. Snowboarden was goed. Heel veel verse sneeuw Het oversteeg al mijn verwachtingen Nous avons passé une soirée magnifique, avec un service impeccable, des petites attentions qui ont permis au séjour d'être inoubliable. Les chambres sont très confortables avec beaucoup de charmes, la nourriture et room service rapide et délicieux Les pistes étaient parfaits. Hôtel de qualité au niveau de son personnel, de la propreté, des repas L'hôtel est vraiment situé idéalement et le personnel est toujours aussi accueillant! C'étaient les plus belles plages. C'était un mix parfait de nature et culture.

J'ai joui du confort. L'hôtel bénéficie d'une très bonne situation, au coeur du quartier idéal pour une virée shopping entre copines!! C'est déjà la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et une fois de plus je ne suis pas déçue. Le meilleur hôtel que je connais. Hôtel économique sur un bon emplacement rien de plus, rien de moins! skiën Un super petit hôtel économique situé à quelques minutes à pied du Musée du Louvre, le quartier Latin et l'Ile de la Cité, ainsi que des tonnes de cafés et de bistros abordables. L'hôtel était vraiment top! Tout le monde doit avoir vu les piramides en Egypte. Toutes mes attentes étaient dépassés.

Beter hotel aan betere prijs Het hotel kan heel wat properder. De gids was saai en onverstaanbaar, ze zouden beter een andere gids voorzien. Wandelpaden waren vervuild met afval. Ik raad een grote opruimactie aan. Het hotel was compleet verouderd en moet opgeknapt worden. De afstand tussen het hotel en het strand is te groot. Een pendelbus zou handig zijn. Erg goed budgethotel, behalve de bedden, die zijn aan vervanging toe. Geschikte locatie en vriendelijk personeel De pistes zijn top. Er viel te weinig te beleven, het hotel moet meer activiteiten voorzien. Betere mountainbikes om te fietsen langs de bergen De dienstverlening kan veel beter. Beter weer zou alle activiteiten wel leuker maken Het eten vond ik niet zo geweldig Vriendelijkheid van personeel kan veel beter

Het MOMA is een absolute must Het was gewoon mijn leukste vakantie tot nu toe. Dit is het beste hotel waar ik ooit verbleef Het restaurant was super. The beds at the house were super hard. De batterijen zijn terug helemaal opgeladen. Alle verwachtingen werden ingelost J'ai vraiment pu me réposer et je le conseille à tout le monde. Het personeel is verschrikkelijk vriendelijk van housekeeping tot hoogste rang, niets is deze mensen te veel. Prima familie kamers, iedere dag schoonmaak. Eten is heel goed, heel gevarieerd en iedere avond een ander thema waarvoor ter plekke iets voor klaargemaakt wordt. Na jaren terug mijn familie kunnen ontmoeten Parijs is een absolute aanrader.
