This refrigerator is designed solely for the purpose of storing foodstuff for domestic use in accordance with the instructions given in this manual. Using the refrigerator for other purposes might be harmful to persons or property. 8. This refrigerator is not suitable for the storage of materials requiring precise temperatures. Deterioration of these materials will be dangerous. 9. Dust deposited on the power plug may cause fire. Wipe it off carefully. 10. When replacing the lamp bulb, unplug the refrigerator first to prevent electric shock. 11. Do not attempt to change or modify this refrigerator. This may result in fire, electric shock or injury. 12. Information regarding disposal of the appliance Flammable insulation blowing gases should be disposed appropriately. Take the cabinet and doors to a recycling plant for flammable insulation blowing gases. CAUTION 1. Do not touch the compressor unit, as it can become extremely hot during operation. 2. If the power supply is accidentally disconnected, please wait for at least 5 minutes before re-connecting the power, as back pressure in the compressor may trip the overload relay. 3. Avoid removing food from the freezer with your bare hands. Directly touching products stored at sub-zero temperatures can result in frostbite. 4. To prevent accidental power disconnection, plug the refrigerator directly to the source. Do not use a double adaptor as loss of power could lead to the spoiling of the stored food. 5. Do not place bottles in the freezer as they may crack when frozen. 6. Keep the door securely closed. If the door is left ajar, the controlled inner temperature will rise, resulting in food spoilage and increase in electricity costs. 7. Do not install the refrigerator in a damp or wet location as this may cause damage to the insulation and a leak. Condensation may also build on the outer cabinet and cause rust. 8. When installing or moving the refrigerator, make sure that you do not nip or kink the power cord. Damage of the power cord may cause electric shock or fire. 9. Do not use this refrigerator when the power cord or plug is damaged, or the outlet attachment is loose, as they may cause electric shock or fire. 10. Disconnect from the mains electricity supply by removing the mains plug from the electricity supply socket. Do not remove by pulling the mains lead. This may cause electric shock or fire. 11. Make sure that you leave adequate ventilation space around the refrigerator to prevent the compressor from overheating and stopping. Please follow the instructions given for installation. 12. The refrigeration system behind and inside the refrigerator contains refrigerant. If this system is punctured it could result in serious damage to your refrigerator, therefore do not allow any sharp objects to come into contact with the refrigeration system. 13. Should the flexible supply cord be damaged, it must be replaced by service agent approved by SHARP as a special cord is required. 14. In case of gas leak, ventilate the area by opening a window, etc. Do not touch the refrigerator or the power outlet. 15. Do not place heavy or easily broken objects on top of the refrigerator. Objects may fall when opening or closing the refrigerator, causing injury. 16. Do not place objects containing liquid on top of the refrigerator. Spillage may cause electric shock or fire. 17. Do not drop objects inside the refrigerator or strike the inner wall. This may cause the inner surface to crack. 18. This refrigerator is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the refrigerator. INSTALLATION 1.To ensure adequate ventilation for your refrigerator, it is recommended to provide space of 6cm on both sides and at the back, and space of 9cm above the refrigerator. Insufficient spacing will decrease the cooling efficiency, resulting in unnecessary consumption of electricity.

REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL 3(MED) For normal operation. 1(MIN) When the refrigerator provides excessive cooling. · In a cold kitchen (about under 10°C ambient temperature), set your FREEZER TEMP. CONTROL to 7(MAX) to avoid too warm temperature in the freezer compartment. This is because the compressor operation is too short in winter, and not enough cold air is provided to the freezer compartment. And if the foods in the refrigerator compartment freeze, you must set REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL to less colder setting towards 1(MIN). MIN FREEZER TEMP. CONTROL (WINTER SEASON) · 5 (Coldest) setting will result in colder temperature in the both (refrigerator and freezer) compartments. · 1 (MIN) setting will result in warmer temperature in the both (refrigerator and freezer) compartments. · If the refrigerator is operated for a long time with REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL set at 5 (Coldest), foods stored in the refrigerator compartment may also freeze. · Low ambient temperature may cause placed foods to freeze even if REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL is set to 1 (MIN). · The freezer compartment may not cool sufficiently when leaving REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL as 1 (MIN) for an extensive period. To cool the freezer compartment properly, set REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL closer to 5 (Coldest). Coldest 2 MED 3 4 5 Coldest MIN 1 2 3 MED 4 MAX Coldest 5 6 7 1 MIN MED MAX REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL · With FREEZER TEMP. CONTROL set to 7(MAX), there will bponding holes, and move the pan to the right. Please pay attention to the safety since the compressor is very hot. Make sure the back end of the Evaporating pan rests securely on the rail. Otherwise water will leak. Switching off your refrigerator If you switch your refrigerator off when you are going away for an extended period, remove all food, clean the interior thoroughly. Remove the power cord plug from the power socket and leave all doors open. WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE Before you call for service, check the following point . IT IS NORMAL for the refrigerator to produce the following sounds. · Loud noise produced by the compressor when operation starts --- Souan permukaan dalam lemari pendingin retak. 18. Jangan meletakkannya langsung di permukaan tanah. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@CONTROL 1(MIN) Apabila lemari pendingin terlalu dingin. · Posisi 5(Coldest) akan menghasilkan suhu yang lebih dingin baik dalam kedua ruangan (pendingin dan pembeku). · Posisi 1(MIN) akan menghasilkan suhu yang lebih hangat dalam kedua ruangan (pendingin dan pembeku). · Apabila lemari pendingin dijalankan dalam waktu yang lama dengan PENGATUR SUHU PENDINGIN diset pada posisi 5(Coldest), maka makanan yang disimpan di dalam ruangan pendingin juga dapat membeku. · Suhu luar yang rendah juga dapat menyebabkan makanan yang disimpan membeku, meskipun PENGATUR SUHU PENDINGIN ada pada posisi 1(MIN). · Ruangan pembeku bisa tidak menjadi cukup dingin apabila PENGATUR SUHU PENDINGIN dibiarkan pada posisi 1(MIN) dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Agar dapat mendinginkan ruangan pembeku dengan baik, pasang PENGATUR SUHU PENDINGIN mendekati posisi 5(Coldest). · Dalam dapur yang dingin (suhu udara luar kurang dari sekitar 10°C), pasang PENGATUR SUHU PEMBEKU anda sampai posisi 7(MAX) untuk menghindarkan suhu yang terlampau hangat di dalam ruangan pembeku. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena kerja kompresor menjadi amat singkat pada saat musim dingin, dan tidak cukup banyak udara dingin yang tersedia untuk ruangan pembeku. Apabila makanan di dalam ruangan pendingin membeku, maka anda harus memasang PENGATUR SUHU PENDINGIN pada posisi yang lebih hangat ke arah 1(MIN). MIN Coldest FREEZER TEMP. CONTROL (WINTER SEASON) 2 1 MIN MED 3 4 5 Coldest MIN 1 2 3 MED 4 MAX Coldest 5 6 7 MED MAX REFRIGERATOR TEMP. CONTROL · Apabila PENGATUR SUHU PEMBEKU ada pada posisi 7(MAX), udara dingin yang disalurkan ke ruangan pendingin menjadi lebih sedikit, dan ruangan pendingin menjadi tidak cukup dingin. Tuas PETUNJUK PEMBUATAN ES 1. Jangan mengisi terlalu penuh nampan pembuat es batu, karena es batu akan melekat satu sama lain ketika membeku. 2.Pada saat es batu sudah jadi, putarlah tuas searah jarum jam untuk numpahkan es batu ke dalam kotak es. CATATAN: Jangan membuat es batu dengan memakai kotak es batu, atau jangan pula memasukkan minyak ke dalamnya. Kotak es batu dapat retak. Kotak es batu PENCAIRAN BUNGA ES Pencairan bunga es sepenuhnya otomatis karena penerapan sistem penghematan energi yang unik. Saat dimulainya siklus pencairan bunga es tergantung pada lamanya kerja kompresor lemari pendingi, misalnya semakin pendek waktu bekerjanya kompresor (selama musim dingin atau ketika anda sedang pergi berlibur), semakin panjang waktu antara siklus pencairan bunga es. UNIT PENGHILANG BAU Unit yang sudah terpasang di dalam lemari pendingin ini tidak perlu diatur secara manual lagi, karena secara otomatis akan bekerja pada saat lemari pendingin dinyalakan. 11 MENYIMPAN MAKANAN Lemari pendingin memperlambat proses pembusukan makanan. Untuk memaksimalkan jangka waktu kesegaran makanan yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan yang mudah rusak, maka pastikanlah untuk mendapatkan produk-produk yang sesegar mungkin.


@@. @@. Makanan panas harus didinginkan terlebih dahulu sebelum disimpan. @@. @@Jangan meletakkan makanan tepat di depan lubang keluarnya udara dingin,karena dapat membuat makanan menjadi beku. CATATAN: Buah-Buahan/Sayuran Agar kelembaban tetap terjaga, buah-buahan dan sayuran harus dibungkus dalam bahan plastik yang longgar, seperti misalnya lembaran plastik, kantong plastik terbuka, kemudian masukkanlah ke dalam kotak buahbuahan dan sayuran dalam lemari pendingin. Buah-buahan dan sayuran berkulit tebal, seperti misalnya jeruk, tidak perlu dibungkus lagi. Susu Dan Telur . Kebanyakan produk susu harus digunakan sebelum tanggal kadaluarsa yang tercantum di bagian luar pembungkusnya, yang juga mencantumkan anjuran suhu penyimpanan serta lamanya penyimpanan produk tersebut. . Telur harus diletakkan di kotak telur. DAGING/IKAN/AYAM . Letakkan pada sebuah piring kemudian bungkuslah dengankertas atau plastik. . @@. @@Makanan harus dalam keadaan segar. . Bekukan makanan sedikit demi sedikit agar cepat membeku. . @@. Taruhlah makanan secara merata di dalam ruang pembeku. . @@Untuk membersihkan semua bagian yang terbuat dari plastik di dalam lemari pendingin ini, selalu gunakan sabun pencuci piring cair yang sudah diencerkan (air sabun). Pastikan semua bagian plastik dibilas seluruhnya dengan air biasa setelah dibersihkan. Nampan penampung air; Cara melepaskan Geser rak penguapan ke kiri, lalu tarik ke arah Anda. Nampan penampung air Kompresor Tonjolan Lubang Nampan penampung air Tonjolan Lubang Cara memasang Pasang rak penguapan sehingga kedua tonjolan di lemari es tepat masuk lewat lubang yang ada di rak, lalu geser rak ke kanan. Hati-hatilah karena kompresor menjadi sangat panas. Pastikan ujung belakang nampan penampung air duduk dengan pas di relnya. Kalau tidak maka air akan tumpah. 1. Keluarkan rak-rak dan kotak-kotak dari dalam lemari dan dari pintu. Cucilah dengan air sabun pencuci piring cair yang hangat; kemudian bilaslah dengan air bersih dan setelah itu lap sampai kering. 2. Bersihkan bagian dalam lemari pendingin dengan lap kain yang telah dicelupkan ke dalam air sabun pencuci piring cair yang hangat. Kemudian gunakan air dingin untuk menghapus air sabun itu. 3. Setiap kali kotor, bersihkan bagian luarnya dengan lap kain yang lembut. 4. Bersihkan karet isolasi magnetik pintu dengan sikat gigi dan air sabun pencuci piring cair yang hangat. 5. Ketika lemari pendingin dipindahkan untuk dibersihakan atau digeser, Nampan penampung air harus dilepaskan dan dibersihkan. Rel Nampan penampung air CATATAN: . Jangan menggunakan serbuk pembersih, bensin, air panas dan sebagainya. . Apabila digunakan sabun serbuk yang tidak dicairkan atau air sabun tidak dilap sampai bersih, dapat mengakibatkan keretakan pada bagian-bagian yang terbuat dari plastik. . Bersihkan semua lemak makanan yang menempel di komponen plastik, karena dapat menyebabkan keretakan pada permukaann plastik. Mematikan lemari pendingin Apabila anda mematikan lemari pendingin sebelum bepergian untuk jangka waktu yang lama, jangan lupa mengeluarkan semua makanan, bersihkan bagian dalam dengan saksama. Cabutlah steker kabel listrik dari stop kontak dan biarkan semua pintu lemari pendingin terbuka. APA YANG ANDA HARUS LAKUKAN SEBELUM MENGHUBUNGI PUSAT PELAYANAN Sebelum anda menghubungi pusat pelayanan, periksalah terlebih dahulu hal-hal berikut ini. Adalah NORMAL apabila lemari pendingin mengeluarkan bunyi sebagai berikut: . Bunyi keras yang keluar dari kompresor pada saat mulai bekerja --- Bunyi itu akan melembut beberapa saat kemudian. . Bunyi keras yang keluar sekali sehari dari kompresor --- Bunyi tanda mulai bekerja yang langsung keluar setelah proses pencairan bunga es otomatis. . Bunyi seperti cairan yang mengalir (bunyi mendeguk, bunyi mendesis) ---Bunyi cairan pendingin yang mengalir di dalam pipa-pipa (bunyi kadang-kadang dapat menjadi keras). . Bunyi meretak atau berderak --- Bunyi yang timbul karena pemuaian dan penyusutan dinding dan perlengkapan bagian dalam lemari pendingin pada saat proses pendinginan. . Bunyi berdecit --- Bunyi yang disebabkan oleh pemuaian dan penyusutan bagian-bagian dalam lemari pendingin. Adalah NORMAL apabila bagian luar lemari pendingin terasa panas bila disentuh.
