Company Profile The Company's main objective is to offer comprehensive customer solutions. This is reflected in the range of services we can offer apart from the realization itself, i.e. consultations related to the customer's general idea, recommendation of optimum technical solution, quotation, design solution in 3D, including production documentation and necessary calculations and declarations.
Company History The Company began its activities on 1 September 1997 by transformation of a physical entity into a limited liability company. The transformation was a result of gradual increase of the number of types and volume of activities, number of employees and consequent changes of organization and management. In the field of machine engineering we offer comprehensive services, starting from development and creation of project documentation and development of a prototype all the way to series production of hundreds or thousands of pieces. In the field of construction we focus on family houses and other personal projects, including ground works, finishing works, facades, fences, including partial execution. The final subject of our interest is the areas where construction industry permeates machine engineering, such as servicing, operation-maintenance works, maintenance of air conditioning facilities, dismantling and demolition works. We have achieved maximum complexity of the delivered services, and thus higher customer satisfaction by mutual interaction of machine engineering and construction activities.

Certification Preparations for introduction of quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standard started in 2001. Consequently certification audit carried out in 2002, after which the Company was awarded the certificate. The Company decided to introduce the environmental management system ČSN EN ISO 14001:2004 in 2009.The Company has been certified for both the systems for its line of business since 2009 - metal manufacture, steel structures manufacture and maintenance services, ground works and engineering works, their changes and removal, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning facilities. Development, construction After many years of investing primarily in their own production facilities and production technology Lipraco company started in late 2006 and 2007, investing heavily in the professional development of the company and create their own design office. The company currently uses Lipraco design program Solid Edge ST, which operates under a floating license and overall document management system, Insight. Outside standard support construction as the library norms actively use other modules, such as construction of frames, analysis of kinematic chains, FEM, RISA 3D (finite element method), and more.

Manufacturing products, metal Our offer in the field of metal fabrication, manufacturing products includes all possible products for assembly, paint shop, welding shops and other fields of engineering and other industries. Offer includes standard production according to drawings already finished, but also the development of special tools. Therefore, we assess each order individually and combine with the principles already applied novinkamy technological development and ever-increasing customer demands. For a brief illustration of metal, manufacture of products we offer below to watch a fraction of realizations. Pallets, frames, carts Our offer includes all possible pallets (steel pallets, aluminum pallets with metal and non-metallic elements) frames and carts into all kinds of industries and operations. Offer includes standard production according to drawings already finished, but also the development of special pallets. The implementation depends mainly according to customer requirements. Our implementation is moving in the spectrum from simple metal crates (pallets of supplies are in the order of several days) to manufacture complicated specials on special parts where development and design work persist in cooperation with the customer several weeks. Production, testing and approval process of such pallets moving again in the order of several weeks

Steel structures Our range of steel structures includes the supply and turnkey construction lots, where the steel elements are only accessory buildings of any kind. In the first case, the production and supply of production and non-production platforms including ancillary activities such as lighting, supply media (air, water, gas, ...), manufacturing and supply sheds, production and delivery structures of halls, including the subsequent casing. In the second case, the ancillary activities such as manufacture and assembly of beams roofs including trusses, manufacture and installation of bridges and minor bridges, supply of steel components for amplification of floor and roof structures. Finally, this is our area complemented by the activities of metal, when the production department performs manufacture and installation of fencing, manufacture and installation of gates, gate, railings for exterior and interior and other kovovýrobní activities .
