Léãba pfiíznakÛ a projevÛ hemoroidálního onemocnûní, vãetnû léãby akutní hemoroidální ataky. Pfiípravek je urãen dospûl˘m pacientÛm. NeÏádoucí úãinky: Byly popsány lehké gastrointestinální (nauzea, vomitus, dyspepsie, gastralgie) a neurovegetativní (závratû, bolesti hlavy) neÏádoucí úãinky, které nevyÏadují pfieru‰ení léãby. Interakce: Îádné. Tûhotenství a kojení: Ve studiích, kdy se pfiípravek podával tûhotn˘m Ïenám i Ïenám po porodu, nedo‰lo k Ïádnému nepfiíznivému ovlivnûní tûhotenství ani plodu. Postnatální experimentální studie neprokázaly Ïádné anatomické anomálie ani potíÏe v chování mláìat bûhem období kojení. Kontraindikace: Známá nebo pfiedpokládaná pfiecitlivûlost na úãinnou látku nebo pomocné látky. Dávkování a zpÛsob podání: Venolymfatická insuficience: 2 tablety dennû. Akutní hemoroidální ataka: 6 tablet dennû bûhem prvních 4 dnÛ, poté 4 tablety dennû bûhem následujících 3 dnÛ. UdrÏovací dávka: 2 tablety dennû. Podmínky uchovávání: Pfii teplotû do 30 °C. Congress Presidents’ Greetings Dear Colleagues, Welcome to Prague – to the 6th European-American Congress (formerly Symposium) on Venous Diseases (EACVD). We would like to greet you all in the name of the Czech Society of Phlebology (CSP), which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. The CSP has been a member of the International Union of Phlebology for many years and actively participates in all UIP activities. The tradition of international meetings on phlebology started in the Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia) in September 1975. During this legendary International Conference on Phlebology organized by Dr. Maruše Horáková there was active participation by the world leaders of phlebology: Drs. Bassi, Davy, Ouvry, Hach, Perrin, Rada, Tournay, Wallois. The Board of Directors of the CSP decided to celebrate the anniversary of this meeting by restoring the interrupted tradition of the European-American Congresses on Venous Diseases. The last EACVD was organized by Prof. Hugo Partsch in Vienna in 1990 under the supervision of the Phlebological Section of the Austrian Society of Dermatology and Venerology and we hope that the 6th EACVD will successfully continue the transatlantic exchange of scientific information that was started many years ago. We are very happy, that our invitation to Prague was accepted by such celebrities of international phlebology as Prof. Claudio Allegra (Italy), President of International Union of Phlebology, Prof. Hugo Partsch (Austria), Past-President of UIP, Prof. Arkadiusz Jawien (Poland), President of the European Venous Forum, Dr. Albert Adrien Ramelet (Switzerland) and Prof. Eberhard Rabe (Germany), VicePresidents of the UIP, Prof. Sanja Schuller-Petrovic (Austria), Head of Austrian Phlebology, Dr. Angelo Scuderi (Brazil), President of the XV. World Congress Rio UIP 2005 and others. As we mentioned in our invitation, the most beautiful time to visit Prague is in May, so we hope that you all will enjoy not only the scientific and social program we have prepared for you, but also the spring atmosphere of Prague, one of the most beautiful cities of the world. Dlouhodobá léčba žilních obtíží?
Venoruton forte n Léčba chronické žilní insuficience, hemoroidů, lymfedému a celé řady dalších indikací. n Velmi dobrá tolerance bez známých interakcí. n Schválen i pro těhotné ženy od 4. měsíce a kojící matky. n Jednoduché dávkování při léčbě CHŽI. U minimální udržovací léčby se užívá pouze 1 tableta denně. n Přijatelná cena pro pacienta s CHŽI. Doplatek pacienta na měsíční udržovací léčbu CHŽI při dávkování 1 x 1 je pouze 117 Kč*. n Snížení nákladů na preskripci u léčby CHŽI. Náklady na pojišovnu na měsíční udržovací léčbu jednoho pacienta (při dávkování 1 × 1) jsou jedny z nejnižších – pouze 45 Kč*. 1 tableta Venorutonu forte obsahuje 500 mg oxerutinu. Oxerutin je standardizovaná směs hydroxylovaných bioflavonoidů – derivátů rutinu. Hydroxylace zlepšuje jejich rozpustnost ve vodě a snižuje vazbu na proteiny. VENORUTON FORTE Složení: Oxerutinum (= ox.) 500 mg v jedné tabletě. Indikace a dávkování: Dospělí, mladiství a děti od 12 let věku: Chronická žilní insuficience a hemoroidy: Úvodní dávka 1000 mg ox. denně, rozdělená do 2 dílčích dávek po 500 mg. Ke zmírnění příznaků dochází obvykle během 2 týdnů. Pokračuje se ve stejném dávkování do úplného odeznění příznaků. Poté možno léčbu přerušit. Při recidivě příznaků znovu zahájit léčbu podáváním stejných dávek. Nebo po úplném odeznění příznaků pokračovat v udržovací léčbě podáváním stejných dávek jako při úvodní léčbě nebo podáváním minimálních udržovacích dávek ve výši 500 mg ox. 1krát denně. Adjuvantní léčba bércových vředů u pacientů s elastickou bandáží končetin: 500 mg ox. 3krát denně. Lymfedém: 1000 mg ox. ráno, v poledne a večer. Diabetická retinopatie: 1000 mg ox. 3krát denně. Prevence nežádoucích reakcí při radioterapii: 500 mg ox. 3krát denně. Posttrombotický syndrom, varikózní dermatitida: Obvykle 500 mg ox. 2krát denně po dobu trvání obtíží. Způsob podání: Tablety se užívají během jídla a zapíjejí se trochou tekutiny. Kontraindikace: Přecitlivělost na složky přípravku, 1. trimestr gravidity, děti mladší 12 let. Zvláštní upozornění: Toleranční studie u pacientů s insuficiencí jater nebo ledvin a u velmi starých pacientů neprokázaly žádné známky významné intolerance oxerutinu. Interakce: Nejsou známy. Těhotenství a kojení: Doporučuje se, aby nebyl podáván v 1. trimestru těhotenství. Od 4. měsíce těhotenství a v období kojení je možné podávat. Možnost snížení pozornosti: Neovlivňuje. Nežádoucí účinky: Pouze mírné – kožní vyrážky, mírné gastrointestinální obtíže, bolesti hlavy a návaly, které po přerušení léčby rychle odezněly. Předávkování: Nejsou známy žádné příznaky. Uchovávání: Za obyčejné teploty, chránit před vlhkem. Držitel rozhodnutí o registraci: Novartis s.r.o., Praha, Česká republika Registrační číslo: Venoruton forte: 85/244/95-C.
