22
2.3. Planning en prestatiemeting Management and Accountability Framework

2.4 Controlepiramide
• Externe audit – Auditor General of Canada – Office of the Auditor General of Canada
• Interne audit: – Interne audit dienst departement – Audit comité departement – Treasury Board Secretariat: Centre of Excellence for Internal Audit
• Interne controle – Departementale Comptrollers – Office of the Comptroller General 27
2.4. Controlepiramide: externe audit
2.4. Controlepiramide: externe audit
• Environmental audits – Opvolging duurzame ontwikkeling en milieu – 3.7% budget 02-03
• Bijzondere audits van overheidsbedrijven (Crown Corporations) – 4.9% budget 02-03
• Ondersteuning parlementaire commissies in begrotingsproces • Special Requests vb. Audit van contracten • 2/3 personeel accountants • Uitbesteding : 6.7% budget 29
2.4 Controlepiramide: Interne audit
• Standaarden: – Revised Policy on Internal audit (2001) – International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
• Centre of Excellence for Internal Audit (TBS): beleidsontwikkeling, kenniscentrum, community building 30
2.4 Controlepiramide: Interne audit
