špičkový tisk Kouzlo špičkového tisku k Vám přichází z Litomyšle již 15 let. Společnost H.R.G. prošla od svého založení v roce 1992 vývojem od malé „garážovky“ po nejmodernější výrobní podnik v Pardubickém kraji a dnes zásobuje tiskovinami nejen Českou republiku, ale i část Evropy. Je držitelem certifikace ISO 9001 a ISO 14001, jejíž získání bylo důležitým mezníkem pro zkvalitnění a zefektivnění výroby. Od roku 2003 H.R.G. výrazně investuje do nových technologií a do moderních prostor. Největší investicí v historii firmy se v roce 2007 stala výstavba nové výrobní haly s administrativní částí v průmyslové zóně v Litomyšli a posílení tiskového parku o stroj formátu B1 - Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102.
The magic of top quality printing has been available for you in Litomysl for 15 years. The company H.R.G. has gone through many stages, from a little “garage-based” printing house to one of the most modern enterprises in the Pardubice region. At present it provides with prints not only the Czech Republic but also a part of Europe. The Printing house H.R.G. is certified in accordance with the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Getting these certificates meant an important milestone for higher quality and better efficiency of the production. Since 2003 H.R.G. has been noticeably investing into new technologies and modern production areas. The greatest investments in the history of the company were building of a new production hall, including an administrative department, which is situated in the industrial zone of Litomysl, and a new addition to the printing machines range, a Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102, which enables us to print in the format B1.

what we can do The Printing house H.R.G offers its customers an integrated chain of services starting from the graphic design in the DTP studio to a wide range of various types of bookbinding, including the final distribution of the printed products to the desired location. Extensive assortments are represented by products such as magazines, calendars, books, catalogues, labels, stickers, posters, notebooks, covers, cuts etc. Our strong points are a great flexibility towards the client and a wide range of services. The top quality of our products is guaranteed by the team of highly qualified staff and by new and modern technologies from the pre-press preparation phase to the folders. H.R.G. is the founding member of the group Press Island, which covers companies providing sheet fed and web offset printing, coating, partial varnishing and completion of more parts of prints to sets according to your wish etc. Press Island is one of the biggest groups of printing companies in the Czech Republic, offering a full range of printing and other relating services in the top quality.

DTP studio a elektronická montáž DTP studio je vybaveno plochým skenerem Scitex EverSmart, moderními počítači PC a Apple a pěti kalibrovanými panely Eizo. Studio pracuje v programech Photoshop, QuarkXPress, InDesign, Corel a Illustrator. Elektronická montáž probíhá na softwaru Agfa ApogeeX 3.5, kontrola archů na plotrech Agfa Sherpa. Osvit tiskových desek zajišťuje plně automatizované CtP Agfa Avalon LF Thermal.
DTP studio and electronic editing The DTP studio is equipped with the flat scanner Scitex EverSmart, modern computers of PC and Apple types and five calibrated flat panels Eizo. The studio works with the programmes Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress, InDesign, Corel and Illustrator. Electronic editing is created in the software Agfa ApogeeX 3.5, sheet checks on the plotters Agpha Sherpa. Fully automatic CtP Agfa Avalon LF Thermal is in charge of the plates exposure.
Archový ofsetový tisk Produkci v oblasti archového tisku zajišťuje pět nejmodernějších strojů firmy Heidelberg - od dvoubarvového s obracecím zařízením formátu B2 Speedmaster 74 až po pětibarvový stroj formátu B1 Speedmaster CD 102 – 5 s disperzním lakováním.
Sheet fed offset The production in the field of sheet fed offset printing is fully provided by five most modern Heidelberg machines ranging from a two-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 with the perfection device (format B2) to a five colour Speedmaster CD 102 with dispersion varnish (format B1).
Dokončující zpracování Moderně je vybavena i dokončující knihárenská část výroby od vazby V1 po V4, skládací, řezací a laminovací stroj, archový a složkový snášecí stroj, automat na twin vazby, výsekové, bigovací, perforační a číslovací stroje, dvouvřetenové vrtací zařízení atd.
Finishing Process The final phase of the production is also accomplished with modern equipment, from stichbinders to perfect binders, folders, a cutter and laminator, sheet and file gatherers, an automat for twin binding, a scoring machine, perforating and numbering machines, 2 headed paper drill etc.
