[email protected] Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of compensation (direct and indirect compensation), work environment, and motivation on job satisfaction. Then examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The researchers used questionnaires to obtaining the data in this study. The questionnaire measures the five variables, compensation, work environment, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Respondents are already working in a company. This research using 65 samples. The data analysis used regression analysis. These results indicate that the compensation (direct and indirect) influence employee satisfaction. Work environment does not affect employee satisfaction. Motivation affects employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian Loyalitas pegawai bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya pegawai sering keluar (mengundurkan diri) yang dilihat dari segi kepuasan pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan dan loyalitas pegawai di STIE-SBI Yogyakarta. Secara khusus bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan dan loyalitas pegawai di STIE-SBI. (2) Untuk mengetahui kaitan antara kepuasan pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan dan loyalitas pegawai dengan tingkat persepsi di STIE-SBI. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua kelompok karyawan dan dosen, dimana masing-masing kelompok melewati tahap (1) Dengan membagi kuesioner kepada karyawan dan dosen sebagai responden. Hasil rekap kuesioner dideskripsikan sehingga muncul prosentasi, tahap (2) Melihat dari hasil prosentasi kuesioner, permasalahan yang muncul digali lebih mendalam dengan melakukan diskusi dengan metode FGD yang terkait dengan kepuasan pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan dan loyalitas pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan karyawan dari kuesioner menunjukan kepuasan yang tinggi, dari diskusi kepuasan sudah tercapai dengan keinginan yang diharapkan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang mendekati gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, menurut karyawan sudah sesuai dengan situasi institusi, loyalitas karyawan sudah tercapai dengan mengajukan harapan-harapan kedepan kepada institusi; (2) Kepuasan dosen, hasil penelitian dosen masih belum tercapai kepuasan, karena masih ada beberapa keinginan yang belum terpenuhi, Gaya kepemimpinan menurut dosen sudah baik menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, loyalitas dosen masih dibilang rendah dosen masih mempunyai harapan yang tinggi terhadap institusi yang belum bisa dipenuhi. Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variables of leadership , motivation, organizational culture and the satisfaction of both partially and simultaneously on the performance of a group of cattle in the organization Madurejo Prambanan. The total sample of 63 people, using the data questionnaire with a scale Linkert were analyzed with SPSS version 20.0. The results of the analysis of partial leadership, organizational culture and satisfaction significant positive effect on performance. Variable motivation for significant negative effect on performance. Regression analysis together there are significant positive effect on performance. The contribution of leadership, motivation, organizational culture and satisfaction with the performance of 96.9 %. The rest is beyond this study. Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of justice, taxation systems and discrimination to tax evasion. It is also determine whether there is different perceptions of accounting students in undergraduate degree based on religious focus and not. Respondents in this research is 91 students program an undergraduate degree of the university that based on religious focus and not. Data collection method used a questionnaire and data analyzed use SPSS. The analysis shows that justice have a negative influence on perceptions on ethics over tax evasion, taxation systems have a negative influence on perceptions on ethics over tax evasion, discrimination have had a positive impact on perceptions on ethics over tax evasion. Based on the calculation on the independent sample t-test it can be seen that t count of perceptions on tax evasion (tax evasion with equal variance assumed -8.436 and significance of 0.000). It concluded there are differences perception between accounting students based on religious denomination and not based on religious denomination. Abstract Organization should improve the quality of human resource in all of the activities. There are some ways to improve it, one of the way is giving a training. This research examines the effect of trainer’s reputation and pre-training motivation on the understandability of training material with organization’s experience as the moderating variable. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires to 54 the members of organization. This research has several result (1) trainer’s reputation doesn’t have positive effect on the understandability of training’s material; (2) this research shows that trainer’s reputation have positive effect on pre-training motivation; (3) research shows that pre-training motivation have positive effect on the understandability of training’s material; (4) organization’s experience doesn’t moderate the positive effect of trainer’s reputation on the understandability of training’s material and the research find’s that organization’s experience doesn’t moderate the positive effect of trainer’s reputation on pretraining motivation. Another result show organization’s experience is able to moderate the positive effect of pre-training motivation on the understandability of training’s material.

Abstract
This study examining the effect of the role of customer value and brand image of the trust on the brand of herbal medicinal products Tolak Angin. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta with the consideration that the culture of the people in Yogykarta still attached to the habit of using herbal medicine. Variable brand image has a coefficient of 1.352, which means that the brand image variables have a positive relationship with consumer confidence. This means that the higher the brand image, the higher the confidence in the brand Tolak Angin herbal medicine. The magnitude of the changes described by the brand belief variable customer value and brand image amounted to 79.9% (R2 = 0.799) while the other variables that explain the confidence in the brand is 20.1%. So it can be concluded that the variable customer value and brand image positive and significant impact on brand trust.
