ABSTRAK Program Studi Sistem Informasi adalah salah satu Program Studi yang berada di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi diwajibkan menyelesaikan kerja praktek dan tugas akhir sebagai syarat kelulusan dengan demikian Program Studi sistem informasi membentuk koordinator kerja praktek dan koordinator tugas akhir untuk menangani semua perihal mengenai kerja praktek dan tugas akhir. Terdapat permasalahan dalam penjadwalan kerja praktek dan tugas akhir yaitu pengajuan proposal berbasis berkas, selain itu pengajuan seminar/sidang kerja praktek dan tugas akhir mahasiswa kesulitan dalam penentuan jadwal dan sering terjadi pengunduran waktu seminar/sidang karena tidak adanya pengelolaan jadwal pembimbing, penguji dan ketentuan ruangan yang kosong. jadwal pembimbing/penguji, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah Online Schedule System Kerja Praktek dan Tugas Akhir yang dapat mengatur dan menjadwalkan semua kegiatan kerja praktek dan tugas akhir. ABSTRACT Information System is one of departement in Faculty of Science and Technology, student once required to complete pratical work and thesis as graduation requirement because of that is information system departement elect pratical work coordination and thesis coordination to handle entri of it. There are some issues on it sach as proposal sabmission base on herd copy file and schedule problem because there is no management to manage preceptor and examiner and available room , so mint have and online schedule sistem pratical work and thesis that can manage it all.
