Basic conditions of participation in the fair WINE&DELICACIES Article 1 – Participation and allocation of the space The basic condition of participation is to deliver completely filled up Obligatory application for participation and to pay all fees of exhibitor (co-exhibitor) until the deadline. The exhibitor receives (approximately 14 days before the fair) raster image of the fair with final position of his stand. Article 2 – Time schedule The fair Wine&Delicacies 2015 will take place from April 22, 2015 until April 24, 2015. The assembling starts on April , 2015. The disassembling will be on April 24, 2015 from 8 - 12 p.m., the clearance on April 25, 2015 until 2 a.m. at latest. In case of a stand disassembling over the stated time limit, the exhibitor will be charged 4 000 EUR for each delayed hour. Article 3 – Building of stands No part of the exposition can be fixed into the floor of the exhibition ground. The organizer offers as well the building of stands (including equipment) according to special requirements of exhibitors. Article 4 – Price and conditions of payment Prices stated in the price list are without VAT. All foreign payments will be in EUR and transferred to the account of the organizer at CSOB, Lazarska 6, Prague 2, CZ, Acount Number: 223898006/0300, SWIFT code / BIC: CEKO CZ PP, IBAN code: CZ11 0300 0000 0002 2389 8006 variable symbol [or information for Beneficiary] is number of invoice from the organizer. Article 5 – Terms of cancellation The organizer charges to the exhibitor following amounts from the total amount according to terms of cancellation: • till 10 weeks before opening 40 % • till 8 weeks before opening 60 % • till 4 weeks before opening 80 % • less than 4 weeks before opening 100 % Article 6 – Technical Services The organizer provides to all exposition electricity power, water and cleaning if these have been ordered. The organizer does not provide to exhibitors the insurance of their stand and products during the Fair, assembling and disassembling. Exhibitors can arrange their own insurance of their stand and products. There is an additional fee of 20 % from price of space, if the exposition is higher than 3 m. Statement We declare that we have been acquainted with these basic conditions of participation in the fair and we agree with them. We require the deposit invoice for the rent of the space and registration fee, to be registered as exhibitors after its settlement.
Music production in the halls is forbidden. Exception has to be discussed with organizer. Attention! In time sent application form guarantees a good place in the Fair!

Vážení vystavovatelé, především bychom vám rádi oznámili, že díky novému správci areálu Výstaviště Praha Holešovice je možné snížit některé ceny a vaše vystavování tak zvýhodnit (viz. přihláška). Mezinárodní veletrh pro gastronomii Víno&Delikatesy 2015 se uskuteční již po osmnácté. A jak se říká o lidech v tomto věku, že jsou již dospělí, tak také veletrh vyrostl a dospěl. Nový název, který nosí již čtvrtým rokem a který nahradil výraz destiláty výrazem delikatesy, se ukázal jako správný. Ačkoliv 70 % vystavovatelů budou tvořit opět producenti a prodejci vín, tak počet vystavovatelů delikates určitě ještě v tomto ročníku naroste. Prostě víno a delikatesy se k sobě hodí a tato kombinace je velmi zajímavá pro návštěvníky. Marketing tvoří neoddělitelnou část obchodního úspěchu. Veletrhy v poslední době televizních reklam ztrácejí vystavovatele i návštěvníky, ale to není problém tohoto veletrhu. Stálý počet vystavovatelů i návštěvníků je dán hlavně tím, že je zde místo pro ochutnávky. Kdo nepodlehl chuti určitého vína či delikatesy si jen velmi těžko vybere tento produkt v nepřeberné současné nabídce obchodů. Když profesionální zástupci z obchodů, restaurací, pizzerií atp. nezískají informaci o vaší společnosti a vašich produktech, těžko je koupí. A na veletrhu se setkává jak nabídka a poptávka široké veřejnosti, tak hlavně nabídka a poptávka z oblasti B2B. Nikdo není přehlcen obtěžujícím „reklamním násilím“ tištěných reklam či vnucujících se ochutnávek v nepravý čas, ale návštěvník přichází na veletrh, aby si vybral sám a sám posoudil kvalitu a cenu produktu. Statistiky dokazují, že je o veletrh zájem jak z oblasti profesionálů z gastronomie a obchodu, kteří tvoří 37% návštěvníků, tak i od široké veřejnosti. To souvisí s naší spoluprací s Národní federací hotelů a restaurací, Asociací sommelierů ČR a odbornými gastronomickými časopisy a medii. O přínosu veletrhu v roce 2014 svědčí i výborné reference nejen od zástupců jednotlivých tuzemských a zahraničních firem, ale i národních zastoupení Polska, Makedonie, Portugalska, Moldávie atd. K prodeji vašich vín slouží nejen ochutnávka, ale i možnost účasti a ocenění v soutěži vín o Zlatý pohár premiéra ČR, ministra zemědělství či primátora Prahy. Podobně vznikla i velmi oceňovaná pomůcka pro výběr kvalitních produktů, značka jakosti, Top Delikatesa. Ta je udělována nejen pro tuzemské, ale i pro zahraniční výrobky a můžete ji získat i vy pro kvalitní delikatesy, včetně nápojů – jako je káva, nealko, pivo či destiláty Ani v době webových stránek, e-shopů a televizních reklam nic nenahradí skutečnou ochutnávku a přímý styk mezi prodejcem a zájemcem. Protože se v Praze uskuteční prodej asi 80% vína a celková spotřeba vína stále stoupá, neváhejte a využijte tuto příležitost. Dear Exhibitors, first of all, we are glad to inform you that thanks to the new owner of the Exhibiton ground Prague Holešovice, it’s possible to reduce some of the prices and enable you a cheaper participation in our fair (see the application form). Wine&Delicacies 2015 is an International Trade Fair for Gastronomy that will be held for 18 years already. As well as we call people at that age as adults, also the fair has grown up. Four years ago we changed the name of the fair from spirits to delicacies and we can say that this was a positive step forward. Although 70% of the exhibitors will be formed once again by the producers and distributors of wines, the number of exhibitors of delicacies will be definitely higher. Wine and delicaies fit well together and that combination is very interesting for visitors. Marketing is an essential part of every business success. In the current world of TV commercials many fairs lose both exhibitors and visitors, but that is not a problem of our fair. The stable amount of exhibitors and visitors is mainly thanks to the degustations in the fair. If you don’t taste a particular wine or delicacy you won’t most probably buy it in the current huge supply in the shops. If the professionals from gastronomy, restaurants, pizzerias etc. don’t get information about your company and products, they won’t buy them. The supply and demand of the public visitors and especially B2B visitors meet directly in the fair. Nobody is overloaded by the standard commercials in TV, print etc., but visitors come to the fair to choose, taste the products and evaluate their prices by themselves. From the statistics we learn that the fair is very attractive both for professionals from gastronomy and business (who create about 37% of total visitors) and for general public. That is connected to our cooperation with the Czech association of hotels and restaurants, Association of sommeliers of CR and business journals and media from gastronomy. In 2014 the fair received excellent references not only from the domestic and foreign companies but also from national expositions of Poland, Macedonia, Portugal, Moldova etc. To increase the sales of your wines you can use not only degustations, but also a possibility to participate in the wine competition for the Prizes of the Premier of Czech Republic, Minister of Agriculture or City Mayor of Prague. Similarly, a highly valuable tool for choosing of quality products has been created – Top Delikatesa quality mark. Top Delikatesa is awarded both to the domestic and imported products and you can get it also for your high quality food products, including beverages – such as coffees, soft drinks, beers, spirits. None of the web sites, e-shops and TV commercials can replace a direct degustation and direct contact between the seller and buyer.
