Sejalan dengan deflasi pada kelompok bahan makanan Februari, harga rata-rata DOC bulan Februari di Jawa Barat menunjukkan tren menurun dengan berada di level IDR3,896/bird (-12,5% YoY atau -9,4% MoM). Sedangkan harga rata-rata livebirds di Jawa Barat juga menunjukkan penurunan harga yang signifikan menjadi IDR13,102/kg di Februari 2017 (-21,4% MoM atau -8,0% YoY).

Meskipun ada kekhawatiran terhadap pelemahan daya beli, indeks keyakinan konsumen Februari ternyata tercatat lebih tinggi dari perkiraan, yaitu di level 117.1 setelah stagnan selama tiga bulan berturut-turut. Federal funds rate hike priced in  Stable USD/IDR performance

Inflasi bulan Februari tercatat di 0.23% MoM dengan 0.31% deflasi di kelompok bahan makanan. Sejalan dengan deflasi di kelompok bahan makanan, survei pasar rata-rata harga livebirds dan DOC bulan Februari menunjukkan penurunan yang berlanjut. Kami khawatir harga rata-rata yang lemah di Februari bisa menjadi tanda dari pelemahan daya beli dan kurangnya permintaan. Namun, indeks keyakinan konsumen Februari yang lebih tinggi dan kinerja USD/IDR yang stabil di tengahtengah ekspektasi kenaikan federal funds rate serta cadangan devisa yang kuat membawa sentimen positif ke sektor ini.

Kami masih khawatir tentang prospek kenaikan suku bunga The Fed yang dapat memicu volatilitas USD/IDR. Namun, mengingat market sudah memfaktorkan hal tersebut, kami berharap volatilitas yang tidak terlalu parah. Mengingat sentimen yang mixed pada sektor Poultry, kami mempertahankan rekomendasi Netral kami di sektor ini.

Local flashes BMRI: Bank Mandiri tebar dividen Rp 6,2 triliun. Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Bank Mandiri menyetujui dan mengesahkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan periode 2016 serta pembayaran dividen sebesar 45% dari laba bersih 2016. Besarannya mencapai Rp 6,21 triliun. Adapun dividen tersebut setara dengan Rp 266,27 per lembar saham dari laba tahun 2016 sebesar Rp 13,8 triliun atau turun 32,1% dari 2015. Sebagai informasi saja, dividen yang dibagikan Bank Mandiri tahun 2016 naik jika dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu sebesar Rp 6,1 triliun. (Kontan) WSBP: Waskita Beton akan tebar dividen Rp 317 miliar. PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) akan menebar dividen tunai sebesar Rp 317 miliar untuk buku tahun 2016. Jumlah tersebut setara 50% dari laba bersih perseroan sepanjang tahun lalu yakni Rp 634 miliar. Direktur Utama WSBP, Jarod Subana mengatakan pembagian dividen separuh dari laba bersih sebagai penghargaan kepada pemegang saham. Setiap satu lembar saham akan diberikan dividen Rp 12,04. Pembagian tersebut telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) WSBP yang digelar pada Selasa (14/3). (Kontan) SRIL: Sritex menggenjot kontribusi ekspor hingga 56%. Perusahaan tekstil dan garmen, PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk ingin memperluas kontribusi penjualan dari pasar ekspor. Perusahaan membidik angkanya bisa mencapai 56%. Sementara pada tahun 2016, perusahaan mencatat kontribusinya 52% dari total penjualan selama 2016. Pertambahan kapasitas produksi pada 2017, menjadi alasan perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan ekspor menjadi 56% dari total penjualan. Penambahan portofolio pelanggan tersebut, didukung program diversifikasi perusahaan yang mengembangkan inovasi produk baru. (Kontan) SMGR: Semen Indonesia optimalkan Semen Indonesia Internasional. PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) tahun ini akan memperluas fokus pemasaran dari domestic ke regional dengan mengoptimalkan PT Semen Indonesia Internasional (SII). Hal ini sejalan dengan bertambahnya produksi yang disumbang dari dua pabrik baru di Indarung dan Rembang. Sekretaris Perusahaan SMGR, Agung Wiharto menyampaikan pada dasarnya strategi ini untuk menjamin volume penjualan perseroan tetap tinggi, sehingga utilitas fasilitas produksi juga tinggi. (Kontan) EXCL: XL bidik pertumbuhan pendapatan 9%. PT XL Axiata Tbk membidik pendapatan tahun ini tumbuh 8% - 9% atau inline dengan target pendapatan industri telekomunikasi. Hal ini tentunya akan didorong oleh pendapatan dari layanan data yang semakin menjadi tumpuan emiten ini. Tercatat sepanjang tahun 2016 emiten dengan kode EXCL ini membukukan penurunan pendapatan yaitu Rp 21,3 triliun turun 7% dari pendapatan tahun sebelumnya yakni Rp 22,8 triliun. Meskipun demikian EXCL membukukan kenaikan laba senilai Rp 376 miliar setelah sebelumnya rugi senilai Rp 25 miliar. (Kontan) BSDE: Bumi Serpong kembali mendapatkan rating idAA-. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. kembali memperoleh peringkat idAA- dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia atau Pefindo dengan outlook stabil. BSDE dianggap berpeluang untuk kembali mencatatkan kinerja positif tahun ini, meski pasar properti masih melemah. Pefindo memutuskan menetapkan kembali peringkat idAA- terhadap surat utang perseroan, yakni Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap I dan II Tahun 2012 dan 2013, serta Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tahap I Tahun 2016. (Bisnis Indonesia) AISA: 2017, belanja modal Tiga Pilar turun. PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. (AISA) mengalokasikan belanja modal pada tahun ini mencapai Rp560 miliar atau turun dari alokasi tahun lalu. Sekretaris Perusahaan Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Desilina menuturkan alokasi capital expenditure (belanja modal) tahun ini paling banyak pada segmen makanan yakni mencapai Rp465 miliar, sedangkan segmen beras hanya Rp95 miliar. Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) – Limited Upside IHSG akan coba naik mendekati normal upper band pada uptrend channel IHSG saat masih dalam pola uptrend jangka pendek relatif valid yang dimulai sejak selama 43 hari terakhir dengan r-squared = 0.7816 dan bergerak normal dalam rentang +/-1.23 std.deviasi dari centerline. Peluang IHSG bergerak di luar pergerakan normal sekitar 21.84% atau sekitar 9 bar chart. Volatilitas normal pergerakan IHSG saat ini sebesar +/-0.38% atau sekitar +/- 20.9 point. IHSG akan coba tembus center line sebagaimana terlihat pada Figure 1.

Aliran dana masuk dan volatilitas harga naik mulai terlihat. Pada Figure 17, terlihat dari hasil optimalisasi, indikator MFI Optimized dan indikator RSI Optimized cenderung naik namun volume masih di bawah rata-rata.
