GENERAL INFORMATION PIKAZ BRNO, spol. s r.o. is a design-engineering company, concentrated mainly to industrial building including machine-technological equipment and energetic systems of buildings, public utilities, family lodges and tenant houses. In frame of design-engineering activities our company provides complex services from preliminary studies to final construction documentation, author’s supervision, engineering support and engineering supervision. The company PIKAZ BRNO, spol. s r.o. has become a holder of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 certificate.
Above mentioned activities are accomplished above all in following branches: 1. Production of mechanical engineering a) Mechanical engineering plants • foundry shops ( cast steel, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, light and non-ferrous kinds of cast metal) • forging and pressing shops (steel, non-ferrous kinds of metal) • mechanical – assembling shops (machining shops, light pressing shops, plastic moldings shops, shops of machining automatics, engine assembly and testing shops, renovation shops etc.) • heat treatment shops – of whole range of production technologies of thermal and thermochemical treatment) • surface finishing shops (paint shops, galvanization shops) • motor car service and repair shops • welding shops for all kinds of welding process including robotized operational units • maintenance shops – central or local • chip and scrap collecting shops b) Attendance, energetic and ecological shops • low-pressure and middle-pressure boiler houses, reduction and exchanging stations, exploitation of waste heat, external heat distributing systems • water treating houses, water source capatation, water accumulation and distribution, filter plants, pumping plants, biologic sewage treatment plants, industrial sewage water treatment plants incl. their intensification, sediment treating plants, circuits of cooling and cooled water
