Lampiran E. Pembuatan Ekstrak Biji Pepaya Buah Pepaya
Diambil biji pepaya Dikeringkan dalam inkubator pada suhu 500 Celsius Dihaluskan hingga menjadi serbuk Diambil 300 g dan dimasukkan kedalam bejana berisi 1000 mL air Dipanaskan di atas hotplate Disaring dan diambil filtratnya Dipanaskan filtrat di atas hotplate hingga diperoleh cairan kental berwarna hitam Diambil 30 g ekstrak kental dan dilarutkan dalam 500 mL aquabidestilata

Lampiran F. Pembuatan Preparat Histologis Testis
Testis Dibilas dengan NaCl 0,9% Difiksasi dalam BOUIN selama 1 malam Washing dengan alkohol 70% Dehidrasi dalam alkohol konsentrasi bertingkat mulai 70%, 80%, 96% hingga 100% Clearing dalam xylol Infiltrasi Embedding (penanaman) organ dalam cetakan kemudian dituangkan parafin murni, dibiarkan hingga didapatkan blok parafin Blok Parafin Cutting (pemotongan) menggunakan mikrotum sehingga didapatkan pita-pita parafin Blok Parafin Attaching (Penempelan) pita parafin pada gelas objek Deparafinasi dengan mencelupkan objek dalam xylol Dealkoholisasi dalam konsentrasi menurun dari 100%, 96%, 80% hingga 70% Pewarnaan dengan mencelupkan dalam Hematoxilin selama 3-7 menit kemudian dibilas dengan air mengalir. Selanjutnya dicelupkan dalam alkohol 70%, lalu dicelupkan dalam Eosin selama 1-3 menit. Mounting yaitu menutup preparat dengan gelas penutup yang sebelumnya diberi Canada balsam Diberi label dan siap diamati Hasil
