To facilitate and simplify administration, your tire replacement will be carried out by the workshop where it was last done (in case it was a Gumiflex workshop). If the last time your tire partner was another workshop, please select the nearest Gumiflex partner this year. If you would like to check where to go for tire replacement, please use http://book.gumiflex.hu/ website and use the flags to choose English language.
The website is now available in English as well. You can get the requested information by entering your license plate number and also use our web check-in interface for tire change appointment.
Please pass the accessories that are needed for the trouble-free tire replacement (i.e. WHEEL GUARD, wheel covers, wheel bolts) to the driver.

We would like to draw your attention to our new, convenient service. We provide our customers with the opportunity to require pick up service for the tire replacement procedure within Budapest. The service is available after registering and selecting the date of tire replacement online. We believe that our new service saves you time, energy, and organization and we can make this difficult task also more flexible and more efficient. This process is the following: We have previously asked you to mark which vehicles would be entitled to use the service. We will activate the service for vehicles which have received a confirmation of eligibility. 1. When the license plate number is entered, the system checks if you are authorized to use the pick up service. 2. If so, you will see a line confirming that you can require the pick up service. In case you would like to use this service, please, select the appropriate box. Then a pop-up window displays the service information: “Dear Customer! Thank you for using our pick up service. We would like to inform you that the pick up service will come to take your vehicle 1 hour before the selected appointment of tire replacement. We would like to ask you to check the condition of the car, record the current mileage and fuel level. Please pass the accessories that are needed for the trouble-free tire replacement (i.e. WHEEL GUARD, wheel covers, wheel bolts) to the driver. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!” 3. Then the “I accept the terms” option must be selected. If you accept the terms, the system will calculate the date of booking based on this and you will receive the booking confirmation according to it. After the finalization of the booking, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with information about the exact details of the reservation. 4. If you do not accept the terms, your reservation will be not active. 5. If you are not entitled to require the pick up service, then the checkmark mentioned above, will not appear. In this case you can still request pick up service by contacting your fleet manager.
