PRICE CHART
MARKET NEWS Indeks pada perdagangan kemarin ditutup melemah tipis -7.60 poin pada level 5265.37 dengan nilai transaksi di pasar reguler sebesar Rp3.8 triliun. Pergerakan indeks tersebut diperkirakan merupakan konsolidasi dari penguatan indeks yang terjadi sejak akhir November lalu dan sifatnya diperkirakan sementara. Pola konsolidasi indeks tersebut didukung oleh volume transaksi yang relatif rendah dibandingkan 3 hari sebelumnya dan pola pergerakan indeks yang fluktuatif, dimana sempat melemah hingga level 5229.8, namun meningkatnya perlawanan terhadap tekanan jual berhasil mengangkat indeks dan akhirnya tutup jauh diatas level terendahnya tersebut. Sentimen pasar secara umum masih cenderung positif terlihat dari menguatnya indeks kawasan regional dan pergerakan nilai tukar Rp/US$ yang cenderung menguat.

Faktor global hari ini cenderung positif seiring indeks Dow Jones dan Nasdaq ditutup menguat masing-masing +1.55% dan +1.14%. Menguatnya indeks global karena aksi beli yang terjadi pada saham-saham sektor finansial, transportasi, dan saham industri baja. Aksi beli tersebut masih dipicu oleh sentimen Trump Rally. Faktor indeks kawasan regional pagi ini cenderung menguat dan diperkirakan turut memberikan sentimen positif terhadap pasar. Aspek teknikal, pergerakan indeks pada hari ini diperkirakan akan bergerak menguat seiring dengan technical rebound yang terjadi pada perdagangan kemarin. Indeks yang sempat melemah ke level 5,229 pada akhir sesi perdagangan berbalik ditutup di level 5,265 dan membentuk pola seperti hammer. Range perdagangan hari ini diperkirakan akan berkisar diantara 5,205-5,330.

Indofood Sukses Makmur (INDF IJ) Technical buy with 7% potential return Resistance : Rp8,000 & Rp8,325 Support : Rp7,600 & Rp7,375 Pergerakan harga saham INDF pada perdagangan kemarin mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan dengan membentuk candlestick bullish yang memotong ke atas garis moving average 20-hari. Pergerakan indikator harian RSI juga terlihat berbalik ke atas level 50-nya dan menandakan perubahan trend menjadi bullish. Volume perdagangan juga naik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hari-hari sebelumnya. Aksi beli dapat dilakukan di level Rp7,875 dengan target keuntungan di level Rp8,450.
Intiland Development (DILD IJ) Technical buy with 7% potential return Resistance : Rp505 & Rp525 Support : Rp495 & Rp485 Pergerakan harga saham DILD pada sesi perdagangan terakhir sempat membentuk pola rebound candlestick yang menyerupai pola hammer. Hal ini diyakini dapat memicu rebound lanjutan ditambah dengan pergerakan indikator harian RSI yang sudah keluar dari zona jenuh jual. Volume perdagangan terlihat meningkat dari hari sebelumnya sehingga aksi beli dapat dilakukan di level Rp500 dengan target keuntungan di level Rp535.

CORPORATE NEWS Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN): Perseroan berencana menerbitkan obligasi berkelanjutan senilai Rp10 triliun pada tahun 2017 dan 2018. Dana hasil obligasi akan digunakan untuk memperkuat struktur pendanaan Perseroan. Perseroan saat ini masih mempersiapkan rencana tersebut dan izin penawaran baru akan diajukan pada tahun depan. Direktur Perseroan menyatakan bahwa tahun depan Perseroan akan menerbitkan obligasi senilai Rp3 triliun dan diterbitkan secara bertahap pada semester I dan II tahun depan. (Bisnis Indonesia) Smart Telecom (FREN): Perseroan menyatakan migrasi pelanggan CDMA menjadi layanan 4G LTE yang dilakukan Perseroan telah mencapai 70% dan akan terus dilanjutkan hingga selesai. Perseroan juga telah selesai melakukan migrasi jaringan 850Mhz dan menargetkan migrasi pelanggan 1900 Mhz akan rampung pada Desember 2016. (Bisnis Indonesia) Waskita Beton Precast (WSBP): Perseroan telah mendapatkan kontrak baru 11M16 senilai Rp8.1 triliun atau telah melampaui target kontrak baru 2016 sebesar Rp7.9 triliun. Sementara itu, Perseroan menganggarkan belanja modal 2017 sebesar Rp1.9 triliun yang akan digunakan untuk pembangunan pabrik baru dan akuisisi tambang batu di sejumlah wilayah. (Bisnis Indonesia) Intiland Development (DILD): Perseroan menargetkan marketing sales 2017 sebesar Rp1.5 triliun atau naik 36% dibandingkan dengan target marketing sales 2016 sebesar Rp1 triliun. Target marketing sales tersebut akan ditopang oleh proyek yang sudah berjalan dan proyek baru yang akan dirilis tahun depan. Perseroan akan merilis 2 proyek baru, salah satunya proyek mixed use di daerah Dharmo. (Bisnis Indonesia) Matahari Department Store (LPPF): Perseroan berencana menambah 6 gerai baru pada tahun depan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan penjualan Perseroan yang ditargetkan dua digit. Nilai investasi pembukaan gerai baru sekitar Rp20 miliar - Rp30 miliar per gerai dan akan dibiayai dengan kas internal Perseroan. (Bisnis Indonesia) Ekonomi RI: Bank Indonesia melaporkan jumlah cadangan devisa Indonesia pada akhir November 2016 turun US$3.5 miliar menjadi US$111.5 miliar dibandingkan dengan posisi akhir Oktober 2016 sebesar US$115 miliar. Penurunan cadangan devisa RI disebabkan oleh stabilisasi nilai tukar Rupiah dan pembayaran utang luar negeri. Bank Indonesia menilai penurunan cadangan devisa bersifat sementara karena investor optimis terhadap perbaikan ekonomi domestik, kinerja ekspor yang membaik, dan pasar keuangan global yang kondusif. (Investor Daily) Rukun Raharja (RAJA): Perseroan menyiapkan dana belanja modal sebesar US$33 juta pada tahun depan dimana sebesar US$14 juta untuk mengakuisisi perusahaan pipa gas dan pembangkit listrik. Perseroan juga menargetkan pendapatan sebesar US$201.7 juta dan laba bersih sebesar US$6.28 juta. (Kontan) Acset Indonusa (ACST): Perseroan menargetkan perolehan kontrak baru sebesar Rp4.5 triliun tahun depan. Target tersebut lebih besar Rp1 triliun dari target tahun 2016 yang sebesar Rp3.5 triliun. Sementara itu, belanja modal tahun depan diperkirakan mencapai Rp100 miliar hingga Rp110 miliar. Hingga Oktober 2016, perseroan telah membukukan kontrak baru senilai Rp2.5 triliun. (Kontan) Elang Mahkota Teknologi (EMTK): Perseroan akan membagikan dividen interim sebesar Rp20 per saham dengan cum dividen pada 13 Desember 2016. Pembayaran dividen dilakukan pada 30 Desember 2016. (Kontan) Sillo Maritime Perdana (SHIP): Perseroan baru saja memenangkan tender dari PetroChina International Jabung Ltd untuk kapal tanker MT BULL 115 dengan nilai kontrak diperkirakan sebesar US$9.04 juta. Kontrak tersebut berlangsung selama 451 hari dengan rute Jabung Area hingga Jambi. (Kontan)
