‘Ctrl-Alt-Del’ kuren • Autologe SCT (HDM/BEAM) – Tijd tussen SCT en herstel neutrofielen gemiddeld 11-12 dagen – Herstel cellulaire immuniteit meestal veel later (geen PJP/HSV profylaxe)
• Allogene SCT (ablatief:cyclo/TBI of Bu/Cy) – Neutropenie identiek aan autoSCT – T-cel stoornis vrijwel volledig – Revaccinatie kinderziektes na 12 mnd
