GlassTone is a painted or coated glass product, using proprietary glass paint, applied to one side of the glass material, that provide a solid, durable and lasting finish. Applying color on glass creates fascinating appearance, which enhance quality to your design. The backside of GlassTone is coated with protective cover paint that protects the glass-paint from peeling-off during transportation or installation process. The coat also hides the unnecessary view of the adhesive materials from the front side of the glass. These days architects, designers, and building owners have shown their curiosity in applying glass into more infinite applications. Dania Patterned Glass is made by running molten glass over a patterned roller which reproduces the pattern on the glass. Dania Patterned Glass is used to diffuse, not obscure, an object when viewing. Dania Patterned Glass is used as a popular decorative product. ACID ETCHED GLASS Acid Etched Glass is produced by acid-etching one face of clear float glass or mirror. An Acid Etched Glass has a distinctive, attractively smooth and satin-like appearance. Its smooth and non-porous surface enables easier cleaning and maintenance. Acid-etching is the next generation of glass frosting technique since sand-blasting, which has been done over the years. The special etching technology helps keep glass free from scuff marks and fingerprints, which sand-blasted glass, is vulnerable of. The frosted appearance softens and diffuses the effect of lights evenly, making it bright with gentleness. The frosted appearance setting up the space with the sense of privacy. Its natural tint will not clash the colour scheme and can be used effectively in both contemporary and traditional setting. Crystal Clear Glass is an ultra-clear low-iron glass product, which is specifically designed for a wide variety of applications of exterior and interior, where high visible light transmission, a brilliant clean-looking edge, and minimal color distortion are desired. Its jewel-like clarity is achieved by removing as much iron content as possible during its manufacture, so that green tint (or green visual effect) that is usually associated with ordinary clear float glass is removed. Thus resulting to a very high clarity for maximum visual performance. Applications : Crystal Clear Glass is typically used for building entrance, doors, shop-fronts, store display cases, furnitures, interiors, or other applications where true color and visual accuracy is paramount. It is also optimizes solar gain in solar panels. To add more architectural features, it can be curved to achieve elegant design effect. The glass can be tempered or laminated to improve the safety feature and security performance. A double -glazed unit of the glass may provide a series function of solar control, thermal insulation, and acoustic insulation. MaxiCool is a solar control glass product, which is produced by depositing a transparent metallic coating onto the glass (clear or tinted float glass).
MaxiCool merupakan suatu produk kaca penahan / penolak panas, yang diproduksi dengan memberikan lapisan logam transparan ke permukaan kaca bening atau kaca berwarna.
MaxiCool also popularly known as reflective glass product, which offers cool and comfortable interior, as well as reduces the need for air-conditioning.

MaxiCool energy more effectively than standard clear or tinted float glass. The mirror like appearance of reflective glass is achieved through the deposition of a metallic coating during glass manufacture, fused into the glass at high temperature, typically known as pyrolyticonlinecoating method. This type of production is sometimes referred to as a ‘hard coat’ glass product. The advantage of this ‘hard coat’ product is its durability, and can be handled like a standard square of glass. It is ready to be cut, laminated, heat-strengthened, toughened, and curved (or bent). MaxiCool may be used in single glazing applications (with coating on surface position #1 or position #2), as well as Insulating Glass Units. MaxiCool is suitable for wide range of applications in residential and commercial buildings.
