Remember that normally good journals only accept “condensed” articles so only write the real and important information.

Then, consider if your article is suitable for a full paper or only for a short communications.

SELECTING THE JOURNAL -Timing of publication, Length, Content, and Style -Read related articles in intended journal BEFORE writing -Most international journals will ask if you want someone to review your manuscript, So, get to know the Editorial Board and Reviewers (Who are they? Do you know them scientifically? Personally? Are they who you want reviewing your paper? If so, READ their papers!!

Nowadays emerge the new criteria in evaluating scientific journals : ie, “Impact factor”, but it does not really correct, because the “number of citation” and “click” sometime depend on the popularity of the topic as well as if that is a “general” field.

The average number of citations in a year of articles in that journal published only in the preceding TWO years Are used in an attempt to describe the quality of a journal, a high impact factor is supposed to be for a better journal

Always try to publish in the "refereed" International journals and if possible in the 1st class refereed international journals. If necessary ask advice from others who have the experience with that particular journal Like other "game" it is necessary to learn and practice "this game" as well as to learn the rule of how "this game" is played universally.
