ABSTRAK
Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki bermacam proses, diantaranya proses seleksi yaitu proses pemilihan orang-orang yang memiliki kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi jabatan disebuah organisasi. Aktivitas seleksi dan penempatan biasanya berfokus pada pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan. Kesesuaian orang-pekerjaan (person-job fit) merupakan konsep sederhana tetapi penting yang melibatkan pencocokan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan orang-orang dengan karakteristik jabatan/pekerjaan. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode profile matching dapat menganalisa beberapa pegawai aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang sesuai dengan profil jabatan yang ada, agar SDM dapat di tempatkan pada posisi jabatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yang diperlukan. Sistem yang dibuat akan lebih bersifat membantu khususnya pada bagian kepegawaian untuk memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan pegawai yang cocok untuk naik dalam suatu jabatan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan, keterampilan dan potensi dari pegawai tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan menyediakan media penyimpanan berupa basis data untuk menyimpan profil pegawai dan jabatan yang ada dalam instansi tertentu. Dan juga sistem yang dapat membantu pekerjaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menjadi otomatis dengan sistem komputerisasi.

ABSTRACT
Human Resource Management has a variety of processes, including the selection process is the process of selecting people who have the required qualifications to fill the position in an organization. Selection and placement activities typically focus on knowledge, skills, and abilities. Suitability of the job (person-job fit) is a simple but important concept that involves the matching of that person’s knowledge, skills, and abilities with characteristic of the jobs. Decision support systems (DSS) using profile matching method can analyze several ASN employees in accordance with the available position, so that HR can be placed in positions that correspond to the required characteristics. The system will be more helpful, especially to the human recourse department to making the staffing decision suitable for occupy position more suitable to the abilities, skills and potential of the employee. Decision support system provides a storage such as a database for storing employee profile and existing positions in certain institutions. And also a system that can help the work which have done manually before become automated with computerized systems.
