The manufacturing plant RIHO CZ, a.s., Such˘, is the subsidiary Dutch company RIHO International b.v., the activities of which are focused on western and eastern European markets. The core manufacturing program of the company RIHO is represented by high-quality anatomic-shaped acrylate bathtubs, shower pans and RIHO massage systems. The company also offers steam, massage and shower cabinets to its customers, shower and bath screens and bathroom furniture of the top quality level. The company RIHO offers collection of author’s presentation bathtubs of the artist Pavel ·Èastn˘, named Funny bathtubs. These bathtubs are manufactured by applying a unique technology, granting the perfect visual impression with high value use. The bathtubs are manufactured of the transparent material Lucite, thanks to which they have the same use values like the classic white bathtub of the RIHO company.

Akrylátové desky LUCITE® jsou ideálním materiálem pro v˘robu van a sprchov˘ch vaniãek. Jsou teplé na dotek, ãímÏ umocÀují relaxaci bûhem koupele, a zároveÀ zachovávají vodu ve vanû mnohem déle teplou. Vysoce odoln˘, neporézní povrch zabraÀuje usazování neãistot a mikroflóry a usnadÀuje tak ãi‰tûní. Vany a sprchové vaniãky z litého akrylátu je moÏno vyrobit v ‰iroké paletû tvarÛ a barev. Painting Line Vany si zachovávají jednobarevné provedení, do kterého jsou rozmístûny jednotlivé grafické prvky. Bathtubs of this line are covered by the hand painting on the whole surface, thus creating the unique work of art.

Motive Line Vany této fiady jsou pokryty ruãní malbou po celé své plo‰e a vytváfiení ojedinûlé umûlecké dílo. The bathtubs preserve the plain-coloured base where individual colour motifs are distributed.

Special Line Zahrnuje individuální zakázkové typy van od hotelov˘ch van, aÏ po zlat˘ hfieb – Cinemavanu. Is represented by individual custom-made bathtub types, starting by the hotel bathtubs and ending by the high point - the Cinema bathtub.

První kolekci Funny vany vytvofiil Pavel ·Èastn˘ ve spolupráci s firmami Riho a Lucite Internationale v roce 2000. Tehdy ‰lo o soubor ruãnû malovan˘ch van – autorsk˘ch originálních obrazÛ, které se staly souãástí pfiehlídek ãeského designu v Národní galerii v Praze. Autor designu, v˘tvarník Pavel ·Èastn˘ je autorem fiady znám˘ch log, kupfiíkladu i revoluãního loga OF a navrhuje Corporate Identity a reklamní kampanû. K jeho nejznámûj‰ím dílÛm bezesporu patfií grafické ztvárnûní, animace a scéna pofiadu âeské televize Banánové rybiãky. Zab˘vá se designem interiérÛ, uÏitn˘ch pfiedmûtÛ i zdánliv˘ch zbyteãností.

Cílem v˘tvarníka Pavla ·Èastného je koupelnu „zabydlet", vytvofiit z ní prostor se svou vlastní atmosférou, dát jí moÏnost vyvolávat pocity díky tvarÛm a barvám.

The first Funny bath collection was created by Pavel ·Èastn˘ in cooperation with Riho and Lucite Internationale companies in 2000. It was the set of hand painted baths - original author’s paintings -which became the integral part of Czech design exhibitions in the National Gallery in Praha. Author of the design, the artist Pavel ·Èastn˘, is the author of a number of well known logos, e.g. the revolutionary OF logo, and designs Corporate Identity and promotional campaigns. Graphic representation, animation and stage of the Czech TV programme Banánové rybiãky belong indisputably to his best known works. He is engaged in design of interiors, utility work of arts and apparent pointless things. The objective of the designer Pavel ·tastn˘ is to render the bathroom habitable, to convert it into the room having its own atmosphere and generating the feelings thanks to the shapes and colours.

Povrchovou vrstvu vany tvofií transparentní akrylát od firmy Lucite, jehoÏ vlastnostmi jsou vysoká povrchová tvrdost, dobrá tvárnost, velmi vysoká Ïivotnost a odolnost vÛãi bûÏnû pouÏívan˘m ãistícím prostfiedkÛm. The surface bathtub layer is created by the transparent acrylate of the company Lucite, the properties of which are as follows: high surface hardness, good plasticity, very long service life and resistance to the commonly used cleaning agents.

Funny vana je tvofiena nûkolika vrstvami materiálÛ: The Funny bathtubs are created by several layers Samotná malba je proveof materials: dena na rubovou stranu akrylátové vrstvy, a proto je velmi dobfie ochránûna pfied okolním prostfiedím, a bude Vám pfiiná‰et dlouhodob˘ poÏitek z unikátní Funny vany. The painting itself is made on the reverse acrylate layer side and is protected very well from the environment; therefore you will enjoy our unique Funny bathtubs permanently. D

Poslední vrstvou je nástfiik smûsi skelného vlákna s umûlou pryskyfiicí, kter˘ vytváfií nosnou strukturu van RIHO a zabezpeãuje jejich vysokou mechanickou pevnost. The last layer is created by the sprayed mix of glass fiber with artificial resin creating the supporting RIHO bathtub structure and guaranteeing their high mechanical strength.
