Peluang MEA Dengan terintegrasinya pasar Asean menjadi satu, maka akses yang lebih luas dan lebih mudah untuk bekeja di Negara-negara ASEAN, pekerja terdidik dan tersertefikasi dari Indonesia bebas untuk memilih bekerja di Negara anggota asean, begitupun sebaliknya, kemudian transfer of knowledge/expertise akan semakin mudah karena adanya peraturan yang mengharuskan tenaga kerja asing terampil yang bekerja di Indonesia memiliki tenaga pendamping dari Indonesia
