A2 Workshops – Schrijven
2. Lees daarna je werk over en kijk of je tevreden bent. 3.

Bijvoorbeeld: Date: 30 July 2007 To: John Close From: Mike Cremer Subject: Missed call Hi John, Klein called this morning while you were out. She wondered when her order will be sent to her. Can you find out and call her back please? Thanks, Mike Hoe schrijf je een memo? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Geef aan waarover je memo gaat. Schrijf een kort en duidelijk bericht. Opsommingen gebruiken en nummeren mag. Liefst maar één onderwerp per briefje Vul altijd in: • Van From • Aan To • Datum Date • Onderwerp Re: / Subject 6.

Informeel
compleet briefhoofd
alleen de datum
formele aanhef
informele aanhef: Hello Pete
formele standaardzinnen
spontaan, informeel
afkortingen zijn niet toegestaan
je mag afkortingen gebruiken
formele afsluiting: Yours sincerely
spontane, informele afsluiting: Bye
Formeel:
B. King Corporate Business Solutions 12, Church water London F. Little Interstate Work Force 45, Bayswater Manchester
11 January 2007
Dear Mr Little, With reference to our telephone conversation this morning, I am sending you a copy of our latest brochure. If you need any further information, please let me know. Yours sincerely, B. King Sales representative

Informeel: London, 11 January 2007 Dear Frank, I am sending you the brochure we talked about on the phone earlier today. I hope you like it. Just call me if you need any more information. Yours, Ben
Vul altijd de velden "To:" en "From:" in. 2. Vul altijd het onderwerp in, bijvoorbeeld: a. Brochure b. Information c. Your order of … 3. Gebruik altijd een aanhef: a. Dear sir/madam b. Dear mr Ingram c. Dear Frank d. Dear miss Flockhart 4.

Zakelijk
Aanhef mag informeel:
Aanhef formeel:
•
•

Direct formuleren mag
Dear mister Johanssen
Formuleer beleefd en formeel
•
Send me your … quickly, okay?
•
Please, send me …
•
I want a …
•
I would like …
MSN-taal en dergelijke mag •
Officiële woordkeus, zakelijk Engels •
See ya, bye4now
I am looking forward to seeing you.
Brief
kort
langer (1 à 1,5 A4)
één onderwerp per bericht
meer onderwerpen indien nodig
korte inleiding
langere inleiding/uitleg komt vaak voor
duidelijk en direct
langere zinnen, indirecte zinnen
opsommingen en lijsten mogen
lopende teksten

Faxbericht Voor faxberichten gelden soortgelijke regels.
To From Fax number Number of pages Phone number Date Subject/reference Cc
Urgent For review Please comment Please reply
