SUMMARY Metabofic syndrome is a group of severaJ risk factors consists of hypertension, dyslipidemia, glucose tolerance disorders and obesity. It has a relationship with cardsovascuter disease patomekanisme. WHO reported in 2CC3 that more than 3<3O million adults in the world suffered from obesity. The role of adipose tissue in. infectious diseases and adipocyte quality changes after exposure to pathogens has not been revealed. On the other hand, the prevalence of infectious diseases in developing countries are stifl fcigft, some stucfes reported that there is a reJationship between the infection of T gondii and adipose tissue function. Profi;in is a membrave component of T Qondti, ltialJ^ atfe io slYrfratete expression of 1L-12 and other cytoKines proinfiamafion of dendritic cells through binding with TLR-11. This may occur in the fat cell, trigering the acKpocyte cfysfang'tion Inat teatis to roetabofc syndrorrie. Previews studies have mentioned that the metabolic syndrome associated with fat tissue is always reffered to viscera? fst, ^ereas sutculaneovis fat is afeo potentia^y to become pathogenic. Therefore it is necessary to study how the effects of further profilin exposure to subcutaneous adipocyte OT vSro in order to explain the invo&ement adiposit ciysfunction in nrtetabolic syndrome athomechanism due to protozoan parasite infections. This study aims to prove the influence of profitin exposure to the expression of TLR-11,
