Kuisioner Peran Modal Sosial dalam Pembangunan Pengantar Modal sosial merupakan modal yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan seseorang membangun suatu jaringan kerjasama, norma dan rasa percaya yang saling menguntungkan dan melembaga.
Selama ini, peran modal sosial dalam
pembangunan wilayah belum memperoleh perhatian yang memadai sehingga data dasar mengenai kehidupan sosial masyarakat kurang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, kami mohon bantuan Bapak/Ibu untuk melengkapi kuisioner kami, sesuai dengan pandangan dan kehidupan sosial yang telah dijalani selama ini. Kami akan menanyakan 5 kelompok permasalahan meliputi: (1) kelompok dan jaringan kerjasama, (2) Rasa percaya dan solidaritas, (3) Kegiatan bersama dan kerjasama, (4) Informasi dan komunikasi, dan (5) Keadaan ekonomi keluarga. I. Kelompok dan Jaringan Kerja 1.1 Bapak/Ibu dimohon memberikan informasi mengenai kelompok, organisasi, asosiasi atau jaringan kerjasama dimana bapak/ibu atau anggota rumah tangga yang lain menjadi anggota, berapa jumlah anggota keluarga yang terlibat dan seberapa besar partisipasi yang diberikan.
