We decided to make a campaign focussing on the one usp nobody else had: the postal code as your lucky number. The campaign shows people who are completely in love with their postal code. Why? Because it’s worth €250 million!

NIVEA Nivea knows that sampling is the proven effective way to reach consumers. The brand was looking for new, innovative ways to sample a new hand creme in order the reach the right target audience. The Dutch National Secretary day proved to be a great event to sample Nivea hand crème. Secretaries throughout the country received a beautiful box containing 15 samples. The receiver was encouraged to sample herself within the company! The result? The right traget audience got the samples. Considerable increase of sales and the targeted group registered online creating a strong database.

ING BANK ING decided to make regional accountmanagers responsable for customer complaints. Four folders and a course on intranet should make the managers capable of handling complaints. However, it did not have the desired result. We decided to put all the boring do’s and don’ts into a funny metaphore that would stay on the desk of the account-manager. A boxing ball with handy tips on customer complaints and boxing clinics by Arnold Vanderlyde made customer service top of mind. Result: serving angry customers became a hit at ING.

Before O2 started selling phones through multi-brand resellers, the company needed impact in order to generate brand preference. We came up with Club Oxygen, a complete SMS campaign towards resellers resulting in an invitation accompanied by an Oxygen canister as the prelude to the grand finale: Club 100% Oxygen, a party where O2 presented itself. O2 became the brand to sell because it proved that it was surprisingly different because of their product range, service and mentality. The result? Brand leadership for O2, a silver Esprix and a golden PMC.
