Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building data during its life cycle. Little BIM can be understood as company internal databases and software. Big BIM refers to its integration, interoperability and communication on a project, national or international level. nD modeling : The expansion of 3D CAD modelling with other design attributes (such as time and cost estimating). A true nD model also includes accessibility, crime, sustainability, maintainability, acoustics and energy simulation.
