- Alur A : Peserta yang telah melakukan advance registration akan bergerak ke kiri ruangan untuk A melakukan registrasi ulang - Alur B : Untuk C mengatisipasi adanya peserta yang menggunakan on-site registration maka G peserta yang akan melakukannya akan F diarahkan ke sebelah kanan ruangan - Alur C : Setelah melakukan registrasi dan mendapatkan registration D packet/symposium kit maka peserta dapat langsung memasuki ruangan B - Alur D :Setelah melakukan registrasi on-site dan mendapatkan symposium kit maka peserta dapat masuk ke ruangan. - Garis F : Area dibagi dua untuk memisahkan peserta yang telah melakukan advance registration dan on-site registration agar tidak terjadi masalah yang antrian menjadi tertib. - Garis G : Jika ternyata peserta yang mendaftarkan pada saat hari H (onsite registration) maka salah satu konter advancer registration akan ditukar menjadi on-site registration.
