EVERGLADES NATIONAL PARK
The exceptional variety of its water habitats has made it a sanctuary for a large number of birds and reptiles West Indian manatee and American crocodile are one of the threatened species living there. The busiest season for visitors is from December to March, when temperatures are lowest and mosquitoes are least active. During the ‘mosquito season‘ it can be a really unpleasant experience.
GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK
The Grand Canyon is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World
It was formed during 6 million years of geologic activity and erosion by the Colorado River
The Grand Canyon, as the course of the Colorado River twists through it, is 277 miles in length.
You can find there rattlesnakes of pink colour so it is not easy to spot them on the reddish dirt of the canyon.

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK
Yosemite is internationally recognized for its spectacular granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, Giant Sequoia groves, and biological diversity and cirque lakes. It lies in the heart of California. The word “Yosemite“ comes from the Miwok word for the Yohemite tribe that lived there and translates to “They are killers“

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
Yellowstone contains half of all the world's known geothermal features, with more than 10,000 examples. Native Americans have lived in the Yellowstone region for at least 11,000 years The Yellowstone fires of 1988 together formed the largest wildfire in the recorded history of the park. On August 20, during the so called Black Saturday more than 610 km2 of the park burned to the ground.
