Language The general language of the Conference and the Annual Meeting is English. Fees The participation fee for members of the European Music Council is 100,- Euros/ person, for non-members 150,- Euros/person. The special participation fee of 100,- Euro can be offered to two representatives per member organisation. For youth participant (younger than 30), the participation fee is 75,- Euros per person, for young people not representing an EMC member the fee is 100,- Euros. In certain countries there are still high credit transfer costs. Participants from these countries may pay the fee in cash in Euro, upon arrival.
