DISCUSSION
Based on analysis of the relationship between social support her husband with the incidence of postpartum blues in the mother primipara at Lotus Lounge Kediri District Hospital in June 2015, has been tested using statistical test bivariate Spearman rank correlation and the obtained value p (0.037) <α (0.05). With the conclusion that the H1 accepted which means that there is a relationship between social support her husband with the incidence of postpartum blues in the mother primipara at Lotus Lounge Kediri District Hospital in June 2015. Husband role in providing support or support for the problems faced by the family members of his wife in the past period -masa postpartum psychological adaptation, where support is needed not only physically but also morally. Besides this, the husband in making a decision is determined by the ability of the family, of course this will affect the support provided. The relationship of marriage is a close relationship followed by the same interests, the same interests, sharing of feelings, support each other and solve problems together. Husband's role in minimizing postpartum blues is to understand the needs of the wife, the husband can take the time to accompany his wife in the care of the baby, the husband's willingness to take over most of the household chores that had been done wives, husbands obligation equitably divide their attention to the baby and mother. Despite the presence of a very pleasant and happy baby, keep in mind that the birth mother, and the need for physical touch is very desirable in the postpartum period. With the support of social good husband, the mother did not experience postpartum blues. While the quality of support given to the mother in the form of emotional support, instrumental, informative, and support awards that will result in better coping response to the mother through a period of psychological adaptation. The quality of such support can be caused either because of internal factors that psychological factors are called emotions. Husband support given to the mother would affect the psychological condition of the mother, so the mother will have a strong motivation to get through the psychological adaptation postpartum well. External factors for example, just in terms of education, the higher the school, the more advanced and extensive knowledge anyway, in terms of age are more mature age of a person's way of thinking and patterns will be far different from teen-age children, in terms of employment when the mother has a lot of relationships or friends it can also affect being able to share the experience with those who first experienced postpartum blues adaptation so that it can reduce the possibility to experience postpartum blues. From all the above, the most influential is the experience, unlike the primiparous mothers who have been through periods of postpartum psychological adaptation, multiparous mothers who already have children to two or more may be able to handle it because it can be filled from experience ever. Therefore the more primiparous mothers need support from people - especially those closest to him as his life companion before you can get through postpartum adaptation of the well and happy. But in essence external factors can not be separated from internal factors, so that if the husband to provide support to the mother, the maternal motivation will be stronger in the end the mother can
be spared from the state of postpartum blues, otherwise if the husband does not give its support, the mothers are also more likely to experience postpartum blues. Accordingly, if a husband gain knowledge about the conditions endured by the mother properly and appropriately, not only of health workers alone but through information from other electronic media, the husband will give full support to the mother and the mother can get through the adaptation of psychological her postpartum well and happy.
5. Thus it can be proved that the support of a husband has an important role in the success of the mother in the past the psychological adaptation postpartum. 6.
