Pentingnya Perencanaan Fasilitas Dapat dipahami melalui pertanyaanpertanyaan: Apa dampak PF pada biaya MH dan perawatan? Apa dampak PF pada kinerja tenaga kerja, dan dampak kinerja pada biaya operasional? Dimana mayoritas investasi dari suatu perusahaan, dan bagaimana tingkat pengubahan modal tersebut setelah diinvestasikan? Apa dampak PF pada manajemen? Apa dampak PF kemampuan fasilitas beradaptasi pada perubahan dan permintaan di masa akan datang
