Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb Bapak/Ibu yang terhormat, Nama saya Wesli, Dosen Jurusan Teknik Sipil di Universitas Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe, saat ini saya sedang melakukan penelitian Disertasi untuk menyelesaikan pendidikan Doktor (S3) pada Program Studi Perencanaan Wilayah di Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Medan. Penelitian ini tentang seringnya terjadi banjir di Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan judul penelitian “Pengaruh Tataguna Lahan Dan Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Pengendalian Banjir di Kabupaten Aceh Utara” Untuk dapat terlaksananya penelitian ini mohon bantuan dan kesediaan bapak/ibu menyisihkan sedikit waktu menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan petugas kami (Enumerator) dalam rangka mengumpulkan data yang berkaitanm dengan banjir di Aceh Utara sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengambil kebijakan untuk pengendalian banjir.
