PT Berca Schindler Lifts (BSL) was setup in 2000, as a joint-venture between Central Cipta Murdaya Group and Jardine Matheson Group, is an authorized distributor and service provider for Schindler elevators and escalators for the whole of Indonesia. BSL is headquartered in Jakarta and designs, engineers, installs, maintains, and modernizes elevators, escalators, and moving walks around Indonesia. The business is split into two principle operating divisions : New Installations, focusing on new construction projects, and Existing Installations, providing maintenance and modernization services.

PT Berca Schindler Lifts (BSL) telah berdiri sejak tahun 2000, merupakan perusahaan patungan (joint venture) antara Grup Central Cipta Murdaya dan Grup Jardine Matheson, yang bergerak di bidang jasa pemasangan dan perawatan (maintenance) lift, eskalator, serta moving walk resmi produk Schindler untuk Indonesia. BSL berkantor pusat di Jakarta dan menyediakan jasa mulai dari instalasi, pemeliharaan, desain, hingga modernisasi lift, eskalator, dan moving walk di seluruh Indonesia. Dengan dua divisi operasional yang berbeda : New Installation, fokus pada proyek konstruksi yang baru akan di bangun dan di kembangkan, lalu Existing Installation, menyediakan jasa pemeliharaan dan modernisasi.
