Sambutan Direktur Assalamuálaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh Alhamdulillah,all praise and gratitude are devoted to Allah SWT who always presents His grace and guidance to all mankind. It is only with His hels and consent that we all can run our activities to achieve such wonderful achievement to develop our institution, Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya (EEPIS) tht becomes one of the best colleges in this Republic. PENS has operated since 1988 and in the age of its maturity, PENS han evolved to be one of the best vocational collages in engineering technology based on PENS's vision that is to be the center of excelleges in the education of emerging technology both nationally and internationally. Furthermore, PENS also concerns to providing social care that can contribute direct benefits to the society through programs such as; Guided Village, Research, Creative Industri, Teaching Factory, Creative Programs cooperating with foreign countries to local problems and other community service programs. In 2012, PENS has become an independent institution with A-accredited study program from the Broad of National Higher Education Accreditation. The study programs in PENS are under four departements. They are the departement of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering, Mechanical and Energy Engineering, and Creative Multimedia Technology. In 2012, PENS also began to open master program of applied engineering for study programs. They are Electronic Engineering and Information Technology. In order to support government's program to expand access to education for the society, PENS also nurtures study program in from of community college that is a cooperation with the local government. This includes Pacitan, Ponorogo, Lamongan, and Sumenep. The community colege also cooperates with a power plant company that is PT.Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB). PENS is a college with a tradition as a winner that has recorded a lot of achievements. PENS has successfully maintain its position to be the winner of Indonesian Robot Contest known as Kontes Robot Indonesia (KRI) eleven times successively and it is noted in the Indonesian Museum of Record. PENS also won other contests such as Payload Rocket, Fast Ship/ Speedster, Electronic Creations, and Informatics Applications. PENS has allso been confirmed as the college that brings advancement to the development of information and communication
technology in Indonesia as it is awarded with Platinum Award in the event of TELKOM Smart Campus Award (TesCA) heldby PT.Telkom Indonesia. PENS also achieved the Trophy of Excellent Service 2010 from the ministry of Administrative and Bureaucracy Refrom. It all proves the commitment of PENS toward the importance of service to the society. PENS also has a slogan that contains academic and non-academic values that integrated in the teaching and learning process, that is, JUJUER/honest, ORISINIL/original, SEMANGAT/spirit, and SANTUN/mannered that is further known as "Politeknik JOSS" PENS is ready to welcome all entity of higher education to always self evaluete and move forward to prepare golden generation, winner young generation, creative and innovative generation to face the future challenges the nation by providing with quality higher-educational service.

Selayang Pandang Politeknik Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung 1985 : Preliminary study by JICA team for grant assistance and technical cooperation for the establishment of new polytechnics in Surabaya. 1988 : PET (Polytechnic Electronics and Telecomunication) as the name of the Polytechnic was inagurated by Mr.Suharto, The second President of Indonesia on June 2, 1988 and accepted 120 students. 1992 : PET, as the polytechnic was changed to PES (Polytechnic of Surabaya Electronics) 1996 : PES as the polytechnic name was changed to PENS (Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya) 2000 : The implementation of 6-years JICA SPEET 2004 : The opening of Informatics Engineering study programs, Bachelor of Electronics Engineering, Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Diploma of Multimedia Boardcasting, Master Program of Apllied Science, and Bachelor of Game Technology. 2013 : The legalization of Governance Organization & the Statute of PENS independence. 2014 : Soft Opening of PENS Graduate School.
Program Studi dan Profil Lulusan Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung memiliki 5 program studi dengan profil lulusan sebagai berikut:
Program D4 Teknik Mesin dan Manufaktur Program D4 Teknik Elektronika 1.) Supervisi: Memahami proses-proses pengontrolan pada teknologi manufaktur; memahami dan menerapkan konsep-konsep elektronik pada teknologi manufaktur; mampu melakukan rekayasa teknologi; mampu menganalisa masalah dan pemecahannya pada teknologi manufaktur; mampu melakukan rancang bangun sistem kontrol elektronik pada teknologi manufaktur. 2.) Konsultan: mampu melakukan pemilihan komponen elektronik pada suatu sistem kontrol; mampu melakukan rekayasa teknologi; mampu menghitung dan merancang sistem kelistrikan yang akan digunakan pada suatu instalasi; memahami kebijakan mutu pada produk, proses manufaktur dan dampak lingkungan; mampu melakukan pemilihan sistem kontrol yang terintegrasi dengan tepat dalam suatu sistem. 3.) Program D3 Teknik Perawatan dan Perbaikan Mesin 1.) Foremen maintenance (penyelesaian), pelaksana perawatan mesin industri sesuai dengan jadwal dan troubleshooting. 2.) Foreman manufaktur (penyelia), penanggung jawab dalam manajemen dan proses produksi. 3.) Teknopreneur, pelaku usaha dibidang manufaktur atau perawatan mesin industri
Program D3 Teknik Elektronika 1.) Junior Control Electrical Design/Teknisi kontrol Elektris: sebagai tenaga terampil yang mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam bidang elektronika terutama yang terkait dengan analisa dan rancangan sistem kontrol otomatis, serta memiliki sifat jujur, disiplin, kreatif, bertanggung jawab, memiliki daya saing, tenggang rasa, dan mampu bekerja sama. 2.) Elektro-preneur : Pelaku usaha dibidang jasa konsultasi dan perawatan bidang elektronika
