Peran Knowledge Management Dan SDM Sebagai Strategic Partner Dalam Perencanaan Strategik Organisasi (Studi Pada Rumah Sakit Di Bali) Desak Ketut Sintaasih Pasca Sarjana Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Brawijaya Abstrak Dalam lingkungan yang tingkat kompleksitas dan turbulensi demikian tinggi, tekanan persaingan menuntut organisasi RS harus lebih proaktif dan dapat beradaptasi mengatasi lingkungan yang selalu berubah. Manajemen RS harus dapat menciptakan organisasi yang adaftif, mampu memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada pelanggan atau pasien dan dalam saat yang bersamaan dapat pula bersaing secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti, menguji, dan mengkaji peran knowledge management dan SDM sebagai strategic partner pada perencanaan strategik organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada rumah sakit (RS) di Provinsi Bali, dengan responden adalah para pimpinan RS. Tiap RS ditetapkan 3 responden. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan knowledge management dan peran SDM sebagai strategic partner berpengaruh positip signifikan pada perencanaan strategik. Peran SDM sebagai strategic partner memediasi sebagain (partial mediation) pada hubungan knowledge management dengan perencanaan strategik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa para pimpinan organisasi penting secara berkesinambungan menjaga dan meningkatkan kapabilitasnya dalam knowledge management dan penting menjadikan eksekutif SDM sebagai mitra strategik organisasi dengan melibatkan secara aktif dalam proses formulasi, implementasi dan evaluasi serta pengendalian keputusan strategik. Role Of Knowledge Management And Hr As A Strategic Partner In Strategic Planning Organization (Study In Hospital In Bali) Abstract Role of knowledge management and hr as a strategic partner in strategic planning organization (study in hospital in bali) .In an environment of complexity and turbulence levels are very high, competitive pressures require hospital organization should be more proactive and adaptable to cope with the everchanging environment. hospital management must be able to create an adaptive organization, able to provide satisfactory services to customers or patients and in the same time also be able to compete effectively. This study aims to examine, test, and examine the role of knowledge management and HR as a strategic partner in organizational strategic planning. The study was conducted in a hospital (Hospital) in the province of Bali, with leaders of the respondents RS. Each hospital three sets of respondents. Data analysis using square (PLS) with SmartPLS program. The research proves knowledge management and the role of HR as a strategic partner a significant positive effect on strategic planning. The role of HR as a strategic partner to be partial mediation on the relationship of knowledge management with strategic planning. These results indicate importance that the leaders of organizations on an ongoing basis to maintain and enhance capability in knowledge management and HR executives make important strategic partner with organizations actively involved in the process of formulation, implementation and evaluation and control of strategic decisions.
