Minimal peserta dewasa untuk harga paket tour di atas adalah 15 Orang Dewasa. Apabila peserta kurang dari 15 orang dewasa maka dilakukan penghitungan ulang terhadap total biaya tour. Harga tour program di atas adalah nett dan hanya berlaku untuk tanggal yang sudah dimaksud. Apabila ada perubahan tanggal ataupun perubahan kelas (karena kelas yang dikehendaki penuh) maka Panorama Tours berhak melakukan perhitungan kembali harga sesuai dengan situasi di negara yang dituju. Harga yang diberikan tidak mengikat sampai reservasi dan surat penunjukkan telah dibuat serta deposit sebesar 50% dari seluruh harga tour telah dibayarkan. Harga tour juga dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu apabila terjadi kenaikan harga yang cukup signifikan dari hotel dan tour, bisa juga karena disebabkan adanya event khusus di negara tersebut. Bukti Keuangan 3 bulan terakhir, saldo di atas Rp. 1.5Juta/orang rekening koran/tabungan. Copy Kartu Keluarga, akte nikah dan akte kelahiran anak (Jika ikut). Surat keterangan dari sekolah (Jika anak masih duduk di bangku sekolah) dengan mencantumkan Nama, Kelas, Tgl Libur dengan menggunakan Kop Surat Sekolah. Masuk di usia 70 Tahun harus melampirkan surat keterangan dokter (dokter yang ditunjuk oleh Kedutaan) dan jika hasil check up timbul adanya satu penyakit dokter harus mengisi Form 160. Diwajibkan memiliki asuransi tambahan untuk usia diatas 70 tahun.
