A simply-signed Statement of Ownership; 5. Patent Specification, Claims and Abstract in English, with 1.5 line spacing (to be translated into Indonesian); 6. Drawing (if any); 7. WIPO Publication, International Search Report; 8. PCT Request (PCT/RO/101); 9. PCT International Search Report (PCT/ISA/210); 10. PCT Notice informing the Applicant of the Communication of the International Application to the designated Offices (PCT/IB/308). Under CHAPTER II 1. A simply-signed Power of Attorney; 2. A simply-signed Assignment document (if the Applicant is not the Inventor); 3. A simply-signed Request for Grant; 4. A simply-signed Statement of Ownership; 5.
